Pearls at The Catch

After hearing so many compliments about the Catch we visited recently. Tucked in a non-descript strip mall we entered at about 615 on a Tuesday. I went with my in-laws for dinner, and it was fabulous! We had calamari as an appetizer, and they bring out freshly grilled bread with dipping sauce too. We each had a different dish, and they were all delicious. We were too stuffed for dessert, but they sounded great. It's a small restaurant, and we needed a reservation on a... More

This is some of the best food I have ever had, from the cocktails to the dessert. The location is intimate and unassuming. Better have reservations and be prepared for a delicious, but expensive dinner.

We shared the scallop ceviche, and the sweet potato salad. That salad was to die for! They're famous for it. We both got the crab cakes dinner, and every part of it was delicious, from the seasoned greens, to the creamy mashed potatoes. Then, we finished off our dinner with a bananas foster creme brulee, topped with blackberries and whipped... More

You can tell the chef is trained, but it seems like every dish is an expression of his training. Good, fresh seafood needs no introduction. I had the shrimp and grits (4 of the biggest shrimp I ever saw), and my wife had the salmon. The flavor was there, but the good seafood was overwhelmed by the added, and probably... More

I want to give this restaurant 5 stars because the food is so good. But for my wife and I to do date night it was $200 for the two of us. I'm no scrooge when it comes to good food for date night but seriously 2 bills is a bit much. The menu rotates bur the food is always... More

Went to this restaurant based on reviews and all of the awards it had won. It is located in a small strip-mall near a mattress and outdoor living store. Ok, no big deal. Our table was so small there was barely any room for the bread and butter once our drinks arrived! Plus, we were seated at a table that... More

My daughter highly recommended this restaurant to me. Went for dinner today and was very disappointed. Ordered Lobster, Lobster and when it was brought to me lobster was raw.

I ate there with my family in early June 2015. I had the Jamaican whole snapper. The presentation was impressive. This was a whole fish scored and fried. It was covered with an avocado and pepper mixture. The meat was good when you dug down closer to the bone. But most of the meat was overdone and too crispy. I... More
