Date night with wife. Fourth visit here for dinner. Last time 5 months ago, or so. Prices up. Portions small. Service VG. Food quality VG. Wine was VG. For these prices at least have tablecloths and more comfortable chairs and put up a shade to block headlights from the parking lot ! Not sure I could afford another dinner here.... More

Not the most appealing insofar as ambiance but oh what a great meal. Attention to detail in the food makes this a worthy stop. I had diver scallops that were incredible. The cook staff at this restaurant are top notch. Our bartender-waitress was the best! I highly recommend these folks... I also highly recommend reservations!

Wilmington is blessed with the best overall restaurant quality in North Carolina. The Catch of chef Keith Rhodes is the best of the best in Wilmington. His food matches any I've been lucky enough to eat in NYC, New Orleans, San Francisco, Vegas, Boston, Paris, and others locales of my 77+ years. Value is unreal! Don't visit the Southeast NC... This was our first visit to The Catch. There were so many creative selections on the menu it was difficult to choose. The crab cakes were absolutely the best anywhere and the Asian inspired salmon was so delectably different and cooked to the peak of flavor. You must try their sangria when you visit as well! We will be back... More

Hubby and I have eaten at Catch many times over the years, in fact, our first visits were to the Princess St. location. We were broken hearted when they stopped serving lunch, but, having been in the restaurant business, I totally understand. We were taking some friends who had never had the pleasure of Catch before. From the moment we... More

From oyster appetizer to the new apple bread pudding dessert, it is always worth the over two hour drive that my husband and I make as often as possible just to eat here. We love how the menu changes but whatever you try is still great!

Our visit to Catch was not our first; it may not be our last, but it will be a while. Reflecting on the evening, shared with a couple of good friends, the experience becomes an enigma. Service was good: competent, knowledgeable and appropriately attentive. Taking up the menu was a shock. It is plainly expensive. Hopefully that is a leading... More

Don't be put off by the location. In a strip mall among highway car dealers and related vendors. Once you are inside, however, its a whole new world of superb food and good service. Seafood is the focus, but steak, duck, ribs available, too. Bar and good wine list. My wife, a Virginia native, had the crab cakes and declared... More

Been here before, and will be here again... Pleasant service, quiet environment, good food. Shrimp and grits for me, the salmon for my wife. A favorite up-scale Wilmington restaurant of ours.
