Our first fondue restaurant experience, thank goodness we got the server we had. He was so knowledgable and helped us with picking out some of the best meal options. Great food and great experience. We will go back for another date night!

Thank you, Raleigh News and Observer newspaper, for writing about this fabulous restaurant. We just celebrated our anniversary there. We chose it because it was supposed to be romantic, and it exceeded our expectations. The biggest surprise was that it's Restaurant Week in Wilmington, and we got an incredible price as well. For $25 a person, we shared an exquisite... More

Stopped in on a Friday night with the family, kids too, and we all had a wonderful experience! We got a great table by the front window in the main dining room, had Colby...a great server, & enjoyed a date night tasting menu with hubby, kids did a single chicken entree and an add on ravioli! Cheese was amazing &... More

Great for a late night snack, dessert and/or cocktail! Two in our group had different varieties of grilled cheese sandwiches, to others had a tasty chocolate fondue (and licked the plates clean) and my Margarita was just right.

We had a great time at the Little Dipper. We ordered the Cheese Fondue (with havarti and dill) and the Turtle Fondue. Both were wonderful, as were all the accompaniments... great breads, veggies, shrimp and chicken, and then an assortment of dessert items for the dessert fondue. All this at a reasonable price and in very nice surroundings. And everyone... More

This is a quaint little spot on Front St. Like any other fondue restaurant we've been to we go only for the cheese fondue. I don't find the dinners enjoyable.Large cheese fondue, 2 salads and an excellent cheese cake / choc fondue desert. 2 bottles of beer (poor draft selection) and a cocktail and a 1/2 price (sunday) bottle of... We've been twice this year, and can't wait to go back! It's the first fondue type place I've been to. The atmosphere is very nice, and the food is great! The first time we went, our waiter was very helpful and didn't make us feel silly. We did the full experience, (cheese, salad, entree and dessert) and we were very... More

Easily one of my favorite restaurants, period. I always try to get there when in WIlmington. The menu choices are great, especially the dinners for 2 (recommend Surf -n-turf) or 4 (recommend coastal craving); really gives a nice variety. The other great option is the "Undecided" where you pick from 3 meats/proteins. Even after multiple visits, I still rely on... More

What happened? Used to feel friendly. Tonight felt like i was a cash cow. They messed up my daughters order twice and added a 20percent tip to the bill, with another option to add more, on a 3 person table. I just dont see why i would ever go back.
