Love the feel of this place. Charming and the food is delicious. We went for the happy hour menu, and we were very pleased. We had the clams and lettuce wraps. We are going back in a few days to have more of the same and try some new items.

I have eaten here 3 times, 2 times for Sunday brunch. Their Sunday brunch is quite lovely. Good chance it will be crowded, parking can be difficult, but they do offer valet parking. Food is what is king here. Many wonderful selections to choose from. Atmosphere is quite nice. Price is about as you would expect next to the beach...

Trip advisor had a high rating for this place and we wanted the best for our first night in the area. Sad choice. Pricy bland food. Fish and pork dish were nearly tastless, but it had good crab bisque for $9 a bowl! Wouldn't go back, we found much better choices in the immediate area.
We had the Sunday brunch and found it to be fabulous. The buffet of foods seemed endless and the serve was as good as I have ever had. The wait staff were all friendly and very accommodating. I really must say it just a fabulous dining experience. Do make reservations!!
We went for brunch Easter Sunday. The food was good, and there was a nice variety to choose from. Great value.

It did not disappoint. The sourdough bread and butter are a nice start. The tuna trio is fresh and delicious with a spicy tuna roll that...

The sour dough bread to start was excellent. The 4 of us shared a crab dip - yummy and very rich, it comes with toasted thin slices of sour dough. For entrees we had a variety among us which I will describe:
- fettucini with scallops and shrimp: the pasta is a bit on the heavier side and the sauce...

My husband and I chose to eat at Boca Bay on our recent trip to Wilmington. We wanted fresh seafood while visiting the coast that wasn't fried and greasy (hard to find when staying in North Myrtle). Boca Bay satisfied our craving. Sunday-Thursday they offer a prix fixe menu...

There aren't many places in Wilmington that I can honestly say is worth the large price, but Boca Bay is worth it. The quality of the surroundings and the food and the service is just, well, worth it !!
We were 4 adults for dinner on a Wednesday night in March 2013 at 8 pm. We called ahead for reservations, were told we did not need them and then waited 35 minutes for a table because they were full. Frustrating. When we were seated, service and food were very good. Appetizers included crab dip served piping hot, crab chowder...
