Just met friends there last Friday 2/13 for pre-Valentine's. Not really just Friday night dinner. Best place for lunch dinner or brunch but dinner is still my favorite. A little Greek. A little pasta an amazing burger and the best specials always. "Lottie's" anything is always a winner - short ribs, lasagne etc. Fish dishes are the freshest. Great cocktails!... More

We ate here for our Valentines dinner. The food is very pricey!! But it was probably the best steak I have ever eaten! I had the filet and the crab mac and cheese. For $32 I think it should have came with a salad, soup, or another side. My husband had sea bass which he said was fantastic. The food... More

Oh my goodness! Well, this was an unexpected treat. I was looking for a restaurant near me and stumbled across a review for this one. The wine list was good; the food was fantastic! Dessert was great. Service was good. The ambience was fun and funky. This is definitely a new hangout for me.

You might think that the title represents a hotel but sitting in this restaurant is like your away from home. Looking around the room we were amazed at the many different cultures represented throughout this wonderful place. Our server was available to us with our drink order very promptly. The entrees were perfectly cooked to our request, which was a... More

No doubt is the staff friendly and the food excellent. A visit lunch or dinnertime will need to be times correctly else there is a wait. Reservations really required on a Friday or Saturday evening. The decor is unique to say the least, the red room and blue room are world's apart. Seemingly a group of decorators couldn't agree so... More

Okay, so if you are looking for delicious food served in a wonderfully eclectic and delightfully capricious atmosphere, go here now!!! What a fun time we had at this side-of-the-road cafe. There were nine of us and each of us raved all the way home that night about the amazing meal we each had! Be sure to call ahead, they... More

While I was not impressed with the exterior, I decided to give Stoney Knob Cafe a try. I was blown away, totally surprised by the quality of the food and the excellent service. I have had several good to great meals in the Asheville, NC, area, but I think this was among the best.
