We happened to be in Weaverville at dinner time and the name looked interesting. Very eclectic menu. Service was good.

they brag about rocking since 1962 on their t shirts there selling, but today is not then. we ordered a Zamora omelet, waffle, juervos puercos, another omelet I cant remember and pancakes. let me start by saying that the coffee was good, but it took a long, long, long time to get to the table. The offer of a refill... More

Stony Knob never disappoints the palate. I have eaten here several times and have always had an excellent meal. I would recommend reservations on the weekends or get there early. You must try the lobster bisque because it is great.

My father and I stopped here for Brunch today, (My father is very finiky when it comes to his food. He ordered the corn beef and I ordered the Bacon, Wild Mushrooms, goat Cheese, Onions, Rosemary Crema, and Tomato Salsa omlet. Needless to say we left nothing on our plates, it was excellent!!! Will return

This place is so much fun. There are three separate dining rooms all with funky, fun, wacky decor. It sorta looks from the outside like an old diner that has had a prefab room tacked onto each end. My husband and I were staying near Weavervillle for a family reunion. We went with my sister and her husband when they... More

Have ate here a couple times, tried the crepe and chicken/waffle. Also have sampled some of there other "staples." People overall just seem to love the place and it's always crowded with a wait but it just didn't do it for me. More of a personal biased I believe than anything else. Wouldn't base your decision on whether or not... More

I was garden shopping and this place was recommended as nearby and awesome. It goes well past awesome and into infinity. First, the decor is unbelievable. Memorable. Over the top. FUN! Rosemary took care of me (both times) and she was friendly and helpful. I was there the first time for a late lunch. There was a salmon special. Seared... More

Food here has been consistently excellent with a varied and eclectic menu. Service is quite good. A fine place to entertain or to be with friends. The building is somewhat dated, a diner atmosphere in main room, an add on room to your right is not comfortable, but room with fireplace to your left is cozy, quiet and ideal. Ask... More
