This restaurant has been here for I believe one year or so. We chose this for a night when there were very few other restaurants open in Waynesville. A large selection of good draft beer, many from North Carolina was available and the wait staff allowed us to sample quite a few before our selection. You can order a specific... More

After stopping in Waynesville on Sunday, we noticed that several local restaurants were not open. As we were shopping on the main street, we saw Nick and Nate's so we had lunch there. The wait was about 20 minutes but benches available inside to sit. There are many interesting collectibles on the walls (and ceiling) so we enjoyed looking at... More

Decided to take a small side visit after visiting the Biltmore House. This little restaurant caught our eye because of the craft beers. Throw the beer away and eat the awesome hand patted burgers. Best cheeseburger in the state. A definite place to visit while visiting Lake Junaluska or Waynesville.

We had gone to Waynesville to try another restaurant that was not open for lunch so we wandered Main Street and found Nick and Nate's. The veggie sub may be one of the best I have ever eaten. The waiter was good and made some interesting conversation. We'll go back for sure.

Really decent pizza here - and a good price if you're there with a group. Decent buffet if you're in to that sort of thing. Great selection of beers. I have discovered many new favourites there.

This was our second time this year and the pizza has been consistently good. The booth seating is cozy and the service always friendly and efficient. We recommend this place to visitors whenever they are looking for a good, casual meal.

Always a challenge to find a good place to eat when you don't know the town but this was a real find. Excellent waiter offered tasters and description of locally brewed draft beers for an informed choice. Menu offered wide variety at reasonable prices. My Rueben sandwich was thick and meaty. Sweet potato fries were crisp and flavorful. Huge salads... More

We had the buffet, enjoyed the excellent salad bar with fresh ingredients. The bacon bits were obviously not from a can but cooked and tasty. The greens were not just shredded lettuce, used good stuff. The pizza was tasty and a good balance of sauce, cheese and toppings. Had fresh real potatoes as mashed taters with the peels in, just... Bit of a surprise that they were open on Sunday and I am glad they were. Filled an empty spot with a great club sandwich and the best cheese and bacon fries. Zombie beer that was on tap was not bad either. Service was good and had lots of historic memorabilia hanging around quick was fun looking at.
