We were visiting Waynesville and local friends picked this because if you get there early during the week there are NO reservations, big crowd, or waiting. We arrived at 6 on Wednesday and got quick service. By the time we left it was full. Great reuben sandwiches, meatball subs, and store made chips. Nice casual meal at a reasonable price.

One of the first seated on a Sunday. We choose this because of the reviews. Good service; mediocre food. Within 15 minutes of arrival the salad was gone and only a few slices of pizza left on buffet. It was not that crowded, but felt that restocking of buffet was very slow. The food just wasn't the quality I expected... More

Nick and Nate's is a typical informal, casual pizza place with excellent pizzas, salads, craft beers, and a somewhat eclectic menu if you don't want pizza. But don't skip the craft beer.

We've been to both the Waynesville and Sylva locations many times. Pizza is great, as are the sandwiches. I'm not a fan of the buffet, but my husband likes it well enough (just be sure to go up and have a look at what's on offer before ordering). Service is great, so you can be in and out of here... Got a take out Barnyard Pizza the other night and it was superb. Called it in and it was ready and hot right on schedule.

We had a group of friends visiting and we decided to visit Nick and Nate's. We've eaten here many times and been happy each time, so we figured this was a good choice. Even considering the disparate tastes of our friends, everyone was happy with their meal and microbrews. We don;t eat buffets but even the two friends that did... More

My wife, Bettye, and I visit Waynesville at least twice yearly. We've eaten in just about every restaurant in the area, but, for reasons unknown, we'd never eaten at Nick & Nate's. I guess we always thought it was more of a bar / lounge than restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is family friendly and the varied... More

The first thing I think of their Philly Steak Sandwich! Delicious! The wait staff is friendly and when you go early they are more talkative or friendlier. It's family friendly as well as couple friendly. I truly haven't had a meal I didn't like there. Even during rush hours you aren't seated too tight and there is space to walk... More
