This is the best restaurant in Waynesville. It is very small, so I suggest reservations. Chef Josh is a brilliant young chef who puts his personal touches on each dish. The chicken Marsalla is wonderful, along with everything else. Too many good dishes to mention. He makes his own pasta (where can you find this?!) We always take visitors here,... More

Dinner here is a must. Menu was not large, but food was excellent. This was a great place to eat and end our day.

Our family dines out quite a lot in other areas where there is more competition among fine food establishments than in Waynesville. When we finish our dinners elsewhere, we always use Chef's Table as our benchmark. Many more times than not, we agree that CT's food prep, quality and imagination is head and shoulders superior....fish, beef, chicken, salads, appetizers...and judging... More

Never been disappointed with the food or service. A good wine selection makes for a pleasant dining experience.

My wife and I had a great experience tonight. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. We found the farm to table food to be excellent. Highly recommend.

In general I would recommend this restaurant, BUT the red wine was served cool, the risotto was dry and not creamy, and the bread was very hard. That being said the ahi tuna was great, the lamb shank was terrific as were the beef wellingtons. And the 2 appetizers tried were incredible! It was cold outside but the restaurant was cold,... We found this restaurant four years ago and when we make our annual trip to Waynesville, this place is an absolute must. Each time we go there is something new and the chef ensures that the food is the freshest. If you make it to Waynesville, do stop by and have dinner. Reservations recommended but if you forget, you may... More

Good food but a very noisy restaurant with tables very close to each other. Chef does a nice presentation. Given it's a small restaurant you need reservations

My husband and I ate here for Thanksgiving dinner. We ordered the goat cheese risotto balls as an appetizer and they had a nice flavor and a mixture of textures. My wine was ordered at the beginning of the meal. Only after the appetizer was almost finished that the waiter sheepishly asked which wine I had ordered. A refill was... More
