Our family has had lunch at the Pisgah Inn Restaurant several times when visiting the area, and we have never been disappointed. From Asheville, it's an easy 30-40 minute drive south on the Parkway with a plethora of great views with pullovers and overlooks. If you want to drive further past the restaurant, there are even more spectacular views. First... More

A local suggested this as a good destination for lunch. Great call. It is less than an hour drive from Waynesville, and the views are breathtaking to the Inn, and during your meal. We stopped several times to enjoy the views on the way so having lunch at The Pisgah Inn took us about 4 hours total including travel. Food... More

Everyone is treated like family and the food is so so delicious. People wait for an hour like no big deal as it certainly is worth the wait !!

The were six in our party. The only one satisfied with the food was my 10 year old daughter who ordered chicken tenders off the kid's menu. My wife had the mountain trout, which she thought was pretty awful (I agreed). Two of us ordered the "charbroiled" burgers - one medium rare and one medium - both were well done... More

My husband and I stayed at the Inn several years ago and ate dinner and breakfast the next day at the restaurant. At that time, it was very good. So as we were driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway today, we decided to stop in for lunch. It was just as wonderful as the last time and you cannot beat... More

Great view of the mountains from my table. Excellent wine list. I had the quail special entree; it was delicious! Excellent service and attention to detail, too.

Before the fall school start (we wrangle grandkids to/from school a couple times a week), we escaped to the mountains for the night. We have eaten at the restaurant on several occasions, but this is our first time to stay overnight. We only live about 55 miles to the south in the Upstate SC. Our view from the rockers on... More

We go to Pisgah Inn at least once a year. The food is top notch and well worth stopping for dinnner. Views are spectacular. This is a must stop for really good food with great views for the money spent.

My Mother and I eat out a lot in the Hendersonville/Asheville area and find ourselves taking the drive up to the Pisgah every chance we get. The cuisine is unbelievable and we have enjoyed almost everything on their menu. Have introduced friends and family to this restaurant and they also return time after time. The view of our Blue Ridge... More

Be sure and get the trout that is filleted at the table. They have vegetable of the day and the view from the windows and the surrounding vista is magnificent.
