This is a great place to gather with friends for coffee, sit and read or work on your laptop, of have a nice lunch by the stream. Has a very laid back, coffee house aesthetic. Great outdoor area with shade under the trees and a nice setting by a large rushing stream.

Came for lunch and paid $10 for a panini sandwich. I wouldn't complain if that included a drink and chips, etc. Did get pretzels and fruit, but a baby Coke was $1.75. That's a rip. Won't be back anytime soon. Tough to pay Atlanta or Charlotte prices in Frog Level.

We loved the cool vibe of Panacea and the whole Frog Level area. Most of all, we really over the creekside patio that Panacea shares with Frog Level Brewing. All in all, a very good cup of coffee and pretty good sandwich in a really great atmosphere.

Relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a coffee house. The menu is varied, healthy and delicious. Coffee is also great, naturally. I stopped here as a treat and thoroughly enjoyed a sandwich with a paring of wonderful ingredients. It came with a nice bowl of fresh fruit. People seem put off by the area known as Frog Level, but please don't let... More

Found this little gem on the advice of an antique store owner...she was right on the money. Excellent grilled sandwiches and mango tea. The type of unique place that you just want to hang around in. If we are back in the area we will definitely go back to Panacea!

Great coffee and snacks. Terrific atmosphere and pleasant, nice employees. Tables, sofa's, multi level or walk out back to the river. Restrooms are super clean.

This is a legit coffee house and they even have food. I want to come back and eat the food. There is even a river outback very peacefully. Will defiantly will come back.

Super yummy black coffee. I love that they give a chocolate covered espresso bean with your cuppa! Really great feel inside, plus a patio out back. Parking is not super awesome if you're there when the area is busy - make sure you park when you see a spot.

The Java is primo and the food is tasty...sandwiches accommodating various dietary preferences...fresh, healthy generally...the space is comfortable, wifi'd, and more like your den than a restaurant...not quite sure how this all works as a business model....I hope so...because it is a cool place to meet and hang around...table turnover not being a high priority to management...

This has to be one of the coolest atmospheres in Waynesville, NC. Everything there is great but what makes the experience awesome is the wonderful staff. My wife and I have breakfast there several times a week and always look forward to it. Thanks to everyone at Panacea!
