The atmosphere, decor, patrons and food is the same as you'd get from any Outback Steakhouse but double the price. The hostess and server seem to think they work at Keens of NYC because we waited 45 minutes for a table when the restaurant was 3/4 empty (even when we came back 45 minutes later) and the server was rude... This restaurant was recommended to us while on a little getaway to the mountains. What a delightful surprise - don't be misled by it's "storefront" appearance. We were so very happy to find the cozy atmosphere, attentive staff and not only unique menu offerings but excellent preparation!

Live locally, been here several times. Food and service is always excellent. Great selection of wine and beer and the staff know about both. Locals will tell you it's expensive, but I find it very reasonably priced and for what you get it is an excellent value. Is is small however, and if you go at peak times you will... More

Not a very intimate restaurant a little noisy if you want to visit. Tables are a little close but service and food are good.

Let me start by saying that anyone who could give a bad review for this place has some kind of ridiculous personal problem. I frequent the Bourbon Barrel OFTEN and have never had less than the best service and excellent food. The owner sometimes will stop by the table just to see how we're doing. In speaking with her, I... More

I have been to this restaurant for dinner before and had a overpriced and over done piece of salmon and said I would not go back. A colleague said we should try for lunch so we did...... Bad move ..... I ordered soup and a large salad. First off our waitress was as apathetic as anyone could be and seemed... More

Let me start by saying that In the 3 1/2 years we have been in business we have never had a salad returned. We take great pride in the fact that we serve the freshest ingredients available, and nothing less is acceptable. Reviews such as this, while they almost never happen, are taken very seriously. The salad that was returned... More

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of the innkeeper at Andon-Reid Inn. He knew what he was talking about. We made reservations and were seated immediately. I had the 9 oz sirloin which was a thick round cut and cooked to perfection. I like mine medium and it was pink throughout. My wife had the shrimp and grits... More

We made reservations as recommended. It was fairly empty when we got there (5:30) but filled up quickly. We started with the lobster cheesecake, and it's delicious I had a house margarita and my husband started the beer sampler. He then decided to have a pint of Sweet Josie Brown, a dark beer (which we usually don't like) that was... More

We had a very good meal here and excellent service. The meat loaf and mashed potatoes were awesome. The have six beers on draft (rotated from among 30 local microbrews) and a very nice selection of Bourbons and Scotch. Definitely would return.
