The menu is amazing with something for everyone. I loved the shrimp pasta and enjoyed a wonderful salad. The wine list is ok. The beer list appeared to be better. I sat at the chef's bar and will be back because everything looked wonderful.

The waiter seemed hurried. Wine list inclued my selection by the glass but the list had been limited by letter "B" stamped too exclude it. My dinner entree Meatloaf dish was burned and they prepared another in a timely manner. My husband's entree Shrimp'n Grits was wonderful.

Ate here for my wife's birthday and it was all-around excellent. We had fried pickles for an appetizer, my wife had a filet seasoned and cooked perfectly. It was served with a goat cheese sauce (my wife had it on the side) and a homemade steak sauce served on the side as well. I had the pasta with mushroom bolognese... More

The ambience, including the warm surroundings and down-home music set the tone for comfortable, casual yet elegant dining. I recommend the Sweet Onion Bisque and the salad with the goat-cheese fritters--also they have a good wine list. The service was friendly and well informed. It was a great Saturday night dining experience---but be certain to have reservations.

Have you ever been at a restaurant on vacation and wished you could move it back to your hometown so you could enjoy it more often? That is exactly how we felt about Frog's Leap. It was, without doubt, the best restaurant we went to or saw in Waynesville. I suppose the vibe and menu may be a small bit... More

Tried to go last night and was informed that they had nothing available. Called the number and the receptionist said that they did have availabilities. I told the receptionist that that was contrary to what they had stated earlier when they saw us in person. Either Jim Crow is back or they did not like that we had small children.... More
