My daughter and I stopped to pick up carry out food and ordered pad Thai to go. It was very good and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was ordered off the lunch menu, but it was such a large portion we ate it for 2 nights. Don't listen to the negative reviews, go and enjoy fresh Thai food at a reasonable... More

My wife and I are not that adventuresome when it comes to food. A few years ago we discovered we enjoyed Thai food but we don't live in an area of the country that abounds with Thai restaurants and so we wre pleased to find ouselves in Waynesville, N.C. with a recommendation to eat at Thai Spice in downtown Waynesville.... We love this place! The owners are always gracious and friendly. The food is beyond good! It is our 'treat' dinner place in Waynesville. We love the curries and have sampled many things from the menu over time, always enjoying them but going back to the curry. I guess it's 'comfort food'!

My wife and I entered Thai Spice looking for a fast, tasty dinner.....Boy where we Disappointed! The staff and owner of this restaurant are clueless and should find another line of work. It took us 2-hours to get through our meal. We actually skipped desert because we feared it would cost us another half-hour. The service was so slow that... More

It was such a long waiting time period.we waited for more than an hour.....it was not at all recommended to anyone I will say....very disappointed!!! Food wasn't good as well and expensive too. The only phrase we heard was "we are sorry guys". They were saying to everyone that they are short of chefs. They should have offered free appetizer... More

I've gone to Thai Spice for years and have always enjoyed the food. The restaurant is now under new ownership, and while the food is still good, the atmosphere is downright weird. The walls are covered in terrible art (one piece features empty spray paint cans and a piece of what looks like a mesh plastic shopping bag), country music... More

Food was really bad, we order the beef salad and used to be great but this time was just lime juice and a bunch of ok lettuce and onions very disappointing for what we pay three dishes almost fifty dollars what a expensive dinner for two really don't bother .

We stumbled across this town one day while out for a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. After going south past the Pisgah Inn, we turned off the Parkway to the left. We were going to go to Brevard, to go by Looking Glass Falls. As we came to a stop sign, I saw a sign which left me with... More

Very good Chinese food that you wouldn't normally expect in a small town. The pad Thai was really tasty & very authentic. Will go back again.

Favorite Thai place I have ever eaten. Sometimes before the service could be a little amateur, but the last time we went it was perfect. The new owner is trying his hardest to keep this place open and profitable and my husband and I support him 100%. I could eat their Pad Thai every day and never get sick of... More
