The food is very good, prices reasonable, and it has a nice BBQ buzz atmosphere. The smoker is next to the building and it seems to have a loyal local customer base. It is off the beaten path, but not hard to find. Good sides, also. The "Burnt beans" are very tasty, and the slaw has a nice balanced dressing.... More

I walked in around 6 and asked for a carry out menu, they didn't have any so I snapped a few shots of their house version and left looking for alternative dining downtown. But I decided to return after yelping and tAing the local restaurants. When I returned , they seemed confused that I wanted to eat there. Having a... More

We found this place (not easy) on Dec 26th around 6:30pm. The place was empty when we arrived and that is always disconcerting. We even asked if the place was open for business when we walked in. The girl sat us down and gave us the menus. Then she told us "We are out of Brisket, Chicken and we have... More

If you are looking for a non-diet evening of excellent BBQ choices and sides - this is the place. Pulled brisket, pork, or chicken - it's ALL good. The challenge is deciding which sauce is best to add, I suggest only using a little of each so you can change it up each bite. The mac-n-cheese is outstanding as is... More

Bun was a wet mess from meat. Tasted like was cooked on a dirty greasy grill. Coleslaw was warm and had way to much vinegar. Fries very salty. My husbands Mac n Cheese was cold and way over cooked his bbq pork was so dry looked like beef jerky.

Coleslaw was warm, Macaroni was very dry, Bread was soggy on my sandwich because of all the extra juices poured on the bottom, Pork smelled funny and tasted unlike any pulled pork we've ever had (and we're from TX, so we know good BBQ). Definitely not worth the $20 we spent.
