They store windows have brown paper covering them and they aren't open. Was in there two weeks ago and things looked haphazard, unlike their normal high-end look. So, don't plan to sit by their fireplace and have a latte this weekend.

My friend was looking for something light to eat and I was looking for coffee and something sweet. Well, the coffee was rich and smooth and the chocolate cake was the best I've had ever, anywhere. If you are a choc-a-holic, have a piece. Just the best!

I have been frequenting this coffe shop for over 10 years, I love the coffee and service. The location is right on the main street of downtown Waynesville and couldn't be a better place to stop and relax. Tip: Try the red velvet cake it is very good.

Happened across this little gem while visiting Waynesville. It is a combination coffee shop and antique/vintage furniture store. We liked it so much we went back a few days later for more. Choose from coffees, teas, desserts, truffles, fudge and more. Sit and relax at a table, watch TV, or browse their collection of furniture. We were sorry we were... More

This place has several things going for it: The Fudge. The Coffee. Christian. The view. The first two are pretty obvious. The great thing about the fudge is the wide variety and the willingness of Christian to ply you with sample upon sample, on request. Don't be shy. Try it. If the name or title sounds appealing, or even if... More

This was a great furniture store when we first moved to town, but like all things retail the economy has dictated that they cut way back on their inventory. We miss the live music on Saturday nights as well where we always enjoyed stopping by for coffee and dessert after dinner….needless to say there is not a trip to downtown... More

The fudge is good and they will give you samples so you can decide what to buy. Paid around $12 for a pound. Our favorite was the Reece's peanut butter fudge. The artwork, furniture, etc., for sale in the shop seemed extremely overpriced to me.

Pheasant Hill is a delightful mix of coffee shop, bakery, ice cream shop and rustic furniture store. Oh, and they have some jewelry and home accessories, too! The coffee is very good and the cakes are scrumptious! We always stop here when we are visiting Waynesville.

The owner of this shop took my money for a custom dining set. Six months later and I still don't have it. He refused to return calls, ignores my emails and texts, and cheated us out of thousands of dollars. He has lied to us over and over. These people are not to be trusted.

I purchased a very expensive dining room table and chairs back in August 2013 and when it arrived at my home 3 months later it was damaged. Owner agreed to replace table and it is now 3 months later and I have no new table and the owner refuses to return my emails, texts and phone calls. To make matters... More
