This place is very close to my house and it is large enough to accommodate large groups. The food is decent enough and the service is typically always good. We like to sit outside on the patio and let the kids play where we can watch them and still have some private time. Some dishes are better than others but... More

The food is typical bar food. The dry rub wings are a must try. Best thing on the menu. It is very noisy and always crowded so service is slow which you can understand. Wait staff are so busy hard for them to be friendly. Great place if you want to catch a game or be in a crowd but... More

Just stopped in to sample the beer and hang with one of my friends. The place was packed, so we had to sit at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and the beer was a pleasant surprise. I had a sampler of four beer flights which I enjoyed. The place was pretty loud, but I wouldn't expect anything different... More

We usually go to the Ale House at least three times a month for food and drinks. The food and drinks were always just average but we live around the corner so it is pretty convenient. However, my husband and I were treated so horribly at the Ale House tonight that we will never, ever return. The bartender messed up... More

There are several locations of this including Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest. It is your typical sports bar with multiple TV's going, lots of noise and bar type foods (burgers, sandwiches, salads, wings, etc). Food is good but not cheap. Leave this one for the young folks (20-30)

We went here after house hunting ALL day!! They were so friendly! The food was amazing. The house we ended up buying is close to here and we visit regurally.

Wings are always great here, best around town I believe. Beer selection is also very good. If you are at a table you might find yourself waiting for a fair bit for a waiter/waitress to stop by, especially to check on you after taking an initial order. Food has occasionally come out cold as well because it wasn't brought out... More

I ordered a cheeseburger - I got a hamburger My daughter ordered chicken It was over cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. Waitress tried to convince us to keep the food. We asked to speak with mngr. He never showed. Food was not changed and we left

As is typical with sports bars in the area, they have about a gazillion TVs with sports of all kinds. The walls are littered with sports paraphernalia, and much of it represents local college teams. The food is reasonably priced and of decent quality. The staff is courteous and the beer selection contains some local micro brews. Fun to be... More

For variety or when a friend suggests it, we will go here and it isn't bad. Services is usually very good, food is always hot and pretty reliable. It is pretty good with a lot of choices, but we don't necessarily crave anything from CAH.
