My son and I shared wings, loaded fries and we each had French Onion soup. Everything was good, not great. The fries were a little soggy but still pretty good. There was an issue with the order the food came out (we requested our soups first and ended getting them last), so the manager comped the whole meal. Would definitely... More

My favorite at Carolina Ale! The hamburgers are good also. Haven't had to much else on the menu. Fun decor.

I flew in on a Saturday to see my best from high school.. we graduated in 83!!! Had a good time. Live music was good. Food was ok. Good selection of beers. Got drinks from the bar while we played pool.. not too impressed with the it customer service at all. I'm a bartender and I love people and talking... More

Ok Bar Food. Priced average. My family does like the ribs. Atmosphere good for kicking back, watching a game and enjoying time with friends.

This place is very close to my house and it is large enough to accommodate large groups. The food is decent enough and the service is typically always good. We like to sit outside on the patio and let the kids play where we can watch them and still have some private time. Some dishes are better than others but... More

The food is typical bar food. The dry rub wings are a must try. Best thing on the menu. It is very noisy and always crowded so service is slow which you can understand. Wait staff are so busy hard for them to be friendly. Great place if you want to catch a game or be in a crowd but... More

Just stopped in to sample the beer and hang with one of my friends. The place was packed, so we had to sit at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and the beer was a pleasant surprise. I had a sampler of four beer flights which I enjoyed. The place was pretty loud, but I wouldn't expect anything different... More

We usually go to the Ale House at least three times a month for food and drinks. The food and drinks were always just average but we live around the corner so it is pretty convenient. However, my husband and I were treated so horribly at the Ale House tonight that we will never, ever return. The bartender messed up... More

There are several locations of this including Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest. It is your typical sports bar with multiple TV's going, lots of noise and bar type foods (burgers, sandwiches, salads, wings, etc). Food is good but not cheap. Leave this one for the young folks (20-30)

We went here after house hunting ALL day!! They were so friendly! The food was amazing. The house we ended up buying is close to here and we visit regurally.
