Description: We are a Mennonite-owned and run bakery and restaurant serving breakfast...
We are a Mennonite-owned and run bakery and restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. We are well-known locally for our bread, cinnamon rolls and amazing 1-inch tall slices of French toast made with our home-made bread and served with our own butter syrup. We serve home-style foods like eggs, pancakes and biscuits for breakfast, with sandwiches, salads and a daily special for lunch. Saturday's are especially busy with long waits. Groups of over five diners can expect the longest wait. Due to our limited dining area we do not take reservations on Saturdays or over holidays. Hope to see you soon!

Absolutely Amazing!

I can't say it enough about this restaurant. It is like getting a home cooked meal with only the freshest ingredients around! The wait is worth the meal itself, not to mention the home baked goods that you could snack on while you wait! The staff makes you feel like family!

Lots of food fairly quickly, inexpensive. Food is always fresh and tasty. You need to try the French toast with the butter syrup at least once.

Absolutely awesome food. The help here is wonderful too. If you go on Saturday morning, you'd better be there early because people line up for this wonderful good breakfast served all day.

The place for french toast and pancakes. Some other stuff looked good too. Had a large link sausage with the pancakes. Not the small links one buys in the grocery store but real sausage about six inches long and an inch in diameter. Bit of a drive for most folks but go there when you have a hankering for any... If you are breakfast fan you need to travel to Eastern North Carolina. The reward that awaits you is some of the best breakfast fare to be found anywhere. The French Toast and cinnamon rolls are the best Guy Fiery needs to come here. One warning. Get there early. But if don't mind waiting, there is a cool general store... More

Have heard about this place for some time. Finally tried and it already planning on going back. Many selections to choose from for breakfast and I think I had most of them this morning. Enjoyed walking around the store while waiting for a table. Make sure you aren't in a hurry because the seating area is limited, but worth the... More

Thanks for taking the time to visit us and posting a review. It's so great to read reviews from our wonderful guests! During the week the dining room is relatively quiet and rarely full. Saturdays and holidays we fill to overflowing and yes, the wait can be quite long. Hope to see you again soon! More

I live about 25min away in Winterville and I have been to Yoder's about 20 times. And there is a reason...it is the best breakfast you will ever eat. People have been telling us for years we need to try Yoder's and we finally made the trip out there and it was well worth it! The food was absolutely delicious and did not take long to come out of the kitchen once the order was placed. The prices were also very, very reasonable! We were expecting to have to... More
