A very good place to have pizza, it is delicious. I go there quite often for lunch and have their small pizza. Have had their subs too, and they are very good. I like to meet friends and family there and have never had to wait very long. Their menu is quite varied and has something for everyone's likes.

For a fairly busy business, they're horrible at keeping anything organised. Leaves a lot to desire. At a moderately busy time, my parties name got "lost in the shuffle" although I watched the host write it down on the paper. The wait was too long and I was told I'd have to wait longer, while I watched people that arrived... More

Have been to "Side Street" many times. Have never been disappointed by food. Pizza, pasta dishes or sandwiches. All are great. Best in the Tryon area by far. Very rustic setting. Parking always a premium when open. You can now book a table online for that special "I am cutting line" feeling.

Looking for pizza in Tryon, NC go to Sidestreet Pizza & Pasta. (If you have to wait for a table or booth it's worth the wait.) We just happen on this restaurant while visiting Tryon and what a find it is. Their menu offers something for everyone. The service could not have been better. I believe our waitress had 9... More

While touring Tryon, we had dinner at, Sidestreet Pizza & Pasta, a pasta and pizza palace. It was our first time at this eatery, as it was for some friends of ours. There was a wait and being that it seemed to be a very popular place and a Saturday night, we did have a bit of a wait. Rather... More

My husband and I wanted pizza after a day at a barbecue festival just for a change of pace, and discovered this restaurant while looking for another we had actually found on Google. What a lucky find for us, it was well with the 30 minute wait on a busy Saturday evening for a table. The house salads were large... More

Busy, reasonably priced fare. Large well trained staff keeps customers with drink and food as expected. Food is well above what one normally expects in a small town.

I had moved away from the area about 9 years ago but remembered this place and I am soo glad I did. The wait staff was friendly, and suggested we go to the smaller bar area to get a table with no wait times. That was a perfect idea! The food came out quickly, and tasted wonderful. The atmosphere was... More

I visit the Carolinas twice yearly - in the Spring for dogwood and azaleas and in the Fall for the leaves. New England is beautiful, but so are the Carolinas! I always go to Sidestreet at least once on my trip home. My sister always has the salmon with bowtie pasta and it is scrumptious. I always have the same... More

Friendly atmosphere and staff, terrific wings and pizza! There was a nice selection of beer, including a number of local brews. There would have been a wait for a table on a Saturday night but the small bar was the perfect choice. I would certainly head back again when in the area.
