Our waitress was excellent. She was fast, courteous, and attentive. The worst part of the meal was the green salad that was not green - that is it had old brown edges. We are local and have eaten there many more times than I can count, and it usally a hit or miss, but we just went for our anniversary and the food was great and the service was better, maybe they are on an up-swing. more

We have eaten lunch and dinner many times at the IceHouse in Swansboro. Food is always good to great. They did have some staffing problems for awhile but that seems to have been worked out. Ice House is our very favorite to eat there. Gourmet House is WAY overpriced in our opinion. more

Our party of six ate at the Ice House recently, and enjoyed the food. Servings were large, and food was hot when served. The service was great, fast, and friendly. It was nice to eat and enjoy the view of the water and dock area. We'll go there again! more
