There exists a simple little corner in a quiet mountain cove on the Warren Wilson farm-campus in Swannanoa, NC a stone patio where you can sit surrounded my massive trees overlooking the pastures and mountains, where the food is made with thought and care. It is the COWPIE CAFE'. Nothin' fancy. The day we ate there, there was local bluegrass... More
