I don't mind paying more money for good fish this was hands down the worst fish I ever had. It was dry and tasted like it sat out under a heat lamp for a few hrs. When the waitress asked how it was I nicely said its really dry and she walked away. $20 bucks for a small piece of... More

Enjoy all the meals here, but breakfast is the BEST! Love the spinach omelet with grits. Great low keyed atmosphere and beautiful view of inland waterway. Great, smiling service. Particularly, a treat/reward after a 5 mile run!

The food is very good though a bit expensive. The coconut She crab soup is to die for. They have great soft-shell crabs year around and wonderful crab cakes. There shrimp and oyster po-boys are good: the shrimp and oyster are great but they put them on long rolls rather than french bread. The inside of the restaurant is too... More

We have had the mahi mahi, tuna and shrimp and grits. All great. Only thing is don't sit on the "bar" side on Tuesday night...all the locals gather and it can get a bit noisy! But still good!

We had lunch there. I had grilled scallops. Two members of our party had grilled mahi sandwiches. Two had crab cake sandwiches. One had fried shrimp. EveryThing very good, not exceptional. The only thing we didn't like was soft shell crab. Since is was our first time trying it, we don't know what it should taste like. They replaced it... More

We try to get there by 11:30 or so, to avoid any possible crowd issues. The West Indies seafood rolls are really tasty, especially dipped into the sauce that comes with the appetizer. The melts, pitas and burgers are also quite good. Service is always fast and friendly and the views of the waterway can't be beat.

We, a party of 7, chose to dine at Sears Landing based on the reviews and very glad we did. We arrived about 7 PM on a Wednesday night to a 1/2 hour wait and a full parking lot. The full lot was a good indication we where at the right place:) They had a nice porch with limited seating... More
