Consistently Good

I've been here many times and have never been disappointed. Their home-made soup is to die and the entrees are all good. It is a fairly small restaurant that has tables on the sidewalk during good weather and two tables near the entrance that could be romantic if that is your objective. Great... read more

An extraordinary find! Come up off the waterfront a couple of blocks and you will find a delightful culinary gem. The service and the food were both out of this world. The food is as visually stimulating as the gourmet seasoning. An unbelievable find not to be missed while visiting this beatiful town!.

When you walk into The Pharmacy you can feel the history. Everything they make is unique and delicious. Their fried green tomato stack is a favorite. It is a geat place to take a break from your wlking and shopping and enjoy excellent dishes. Their wait staff are very knowledgeable and impeccably professional.

Arrived, asked to sit outside. Was told someone would be out. After 5 minutes of nothing, I left. Think the staff were having too much fun inside chatting to the rowdy customers. Shame, the menu looked good. I'll never know.

The food was pretty ok, but was expensive for what they give you. I wouldn't stay away, it's got an interesting ambiance.

My daughter and I went for lunch, we both had a cup of soup and an entree. She had salmon and I had ravioli with spinach and ricotta in a tomato cream sauce. She had water while I had iced tea. The serving sizes were average and the food was good. The bill was $63.00 and left $70.00 on the... More

I was looking forward to eating at The Pharmacy and didn't wait to have company instead stop by myself to have lunch. My lunch was $30 for a salad, drink, dessert. The food is overpriced with ok taste.

I have eaten at The Pharmacy Restaurant many times and have never been disappointed. There are many great places to eat in Southport but this is my favorite.

This place is awful. We visit the beach every year, and always go to Southport and eat at the Pharmacy. We have always enjoyed it. Today I had my worst restaurant experience ever. I am a vegetarian, and the menu had almost no vegetarian food. I asked the waiter what could be made vegetarian, and he responded that the only... More

The Pharmacy is a fabulous place to take a break from shopping and have a glass of wine and desert. The Keylime Pie is amazing and so is the plating.
