I will be a regular here

I have been to Ports of Call twice for lunch. Oon both occasions the food was excellent. However service needs tweaking . The first server was a young man who seemed unfamiliar with the menu . Second occasion the server was a young lady I believe her name was Amanda and she was outstanding... read more

We went hear because afriend recommended it. We walked in at 6pm and there was maybe 10 people having dinner. Crab imperial stuffed flounder was the specisl, not loving flounder I asked if i could gut stuffed shrimp. Shout out to Michael the bar tender, he tried to convince the chef to accommodate me. But he would NOT. Ok so... More

We have carefully investigated your review. We routinely do special orders if we have the product in hand. However, we would not have been able to prepare such a specific request, since Stuffed Shrimp are not currently on our menu and we do not stock the size shrimp required for such an order. Also, our bartender has no recollection of... More

True, not in season in NC in August, but the Chesapeake oysters they served were amazing. Charming place. Full bar. Great service. Well-deserved reputation for good food and atmosphere

Quality, presentation and service a wonderful part of dinner. Food is superb! Small, intimate setting in a lovely small, happy town.

We always plan a trip to Ports of Call for Sunday brunch when we go on vacation. It is a must. We love the selections that they have. The combinations are amazing. We have been going there for years. The atmosphere is great and the prices are reasonable. We love this place.

A great restaurant!! Wonderful menu, great service and conveniently located in downtown Southport. Good wine selection and very cozy atmosphere. If in Southport this is a superb place to eat.

Great food & service. I go there for both lunch and dinner. Good value for the money. They have tapas on Wednesday nites, but haven't tried that yet. I can assume that will be good too.

I would highly recommend Port of Call. The food & service was excellent and this was the best place we ate at in the Southport area. We had Sunday Brunch there and everyone really enjoyed their meal and also the atmosphere. Will definitely go back to eat there and try dinner next time.

Small restaurant. Friendly host. Waiter was overwhelmed, did not suggest anything and seemed annoyed with the kids (who are older). Fish and chips was good. Went for lunch. Would like to try for dinner.
