Great lunch!

We had a very pleasant lunch here. I had the pimento grilled cheese on rye and it was fabulous. Everyone working there was very nice and pleasant, service was great. Atmosphere was cozy and romantic. I would highly recommend!

Great food! Classy and upscale atmosphere. Good service. Limited parking and short hours though. The apps are great! I had the Greek chicken wings and loved them! My wife had the Thai beef salad and let me tell you.. We know Thai food and this was as good as the same dish at any Thai restaurant! Loved it! Beef was... More

We were in Southport for 3 days and didn't make it to this place until our last night. I wish we had known about it the first day because we would have eaten here every night. Wonderful food, cozy atmosphere and a great staff. Don't miss the corncakes and beef tips from the Tapas menu, they're amazing! We sat at... More

We stopped by at around 1pm on Sunday for Brunch and waited about 5 mins to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Once seated, we were rushed into ordering and found out they were out of some of foods that made us come in the first place. First we had a sweet tea and a Bloody Mary. The tea... More

Again, we apologize. We indeed ran out of our complimentary muffins and several sides, near the end of our Brunch Service this past Sunday. We had prepared for an estimated number that was exceeded by a larger than normal demand. You main Entrée choices were available and in fact, partially plated when you decided to leave. I did apologize to... More

Dropped in after walking around town a bit.... We were seated quickly and our waiter, Cody took our drink order. He was attentive without being annoying.... very pleasant and very polite. My husband had the special of the day ... A BLT..bacon lettuce and turkey on focaccia with basil mayo and Swiss cheese. He really liked the sandwiched and house... More

My friend and I were visiting Southport for the day from Wilmington and arrived starving. Ports of Call came to the rescue! We chose to eat here based on the Trip Advisor reviews, and were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious. The waitress provided great recommendations and checked in on us throughout the meal without being intrusive. The meal... More

I keep going back to Ports of Call. I like the atmosphere: It's international, and the owner sits in the window or at the bar overseeing everything. That's unusual and special. Somehow, I'm reminded of Ricks, in Casa Blanca, only there's no gambling in the back room (I don't think there is....) One should dress up a bit to eat... More

I recently popped into Ports of Call with my family simply because I was hungry. Typical tourist! Then I realized this may be a bad idea with kids. And the staff swooped in and they made our families dining experience completely fantastic. We had the Greek wings (so GOOD), Burger and a special of local Watermelon Salad. All were stellar.... We have tried several different restaurants in Southport nc, and we have all come to the conclusion that this is the best place to eat! I love the fusion of ingredients that they put into there food. The sea BLT is a must and the smoked salmon sandwich is yummy!!!!!! We had great service, food and atmosphere, which is a... More

We arrived as soon as the restaurant opened and were seated immediately. The appetizers were great and the meal was wonderful. Best meal so far in this area.
