Delicious food in a nice atmosphere

It was a cold rainy night in February, but this place was warm, friendly, a bustling, even in the off season. The tapas were delicious, especially the Lebanese shrimp, and my husband loved the fish and chips.

We recently moved to SE NC, and have been searching for truly gourmet food restaurants. While we have enjoyed everyplace we've tried, this is the first and only one that I would label as a favorite! It's a small store front off HW211 in downtown Southport, but it opens up to a beautiful and large interior. To begin with, the... More

I met a friend here for lunch. We hadn't seen each other in awhile and the waitress was fine with giving us time to talk before we ordered. She even took time to help us take a photo. I had the exceptionally good tomato basil soup along with the crab sandwich. Really happy with what I ordered. My friend had... More

I have been twice in the past couple of weeks and the service was great and everyone really enjoyed their entrees. Not being adventurous I ordered their version of fish and chips and it was the best I have had by far. Others with me had a veal dish, a Italian meatball dish, a steak special of the evening and... We have eaten lunches and dinners and love the creative food they offer. Atmosphere is upscale and service is very good. The only reason I didn't give a 5 rating is the complaints my guests have had regarding the adult beverages. Compared to many restaurants in the Northeast and the Islands the cocktails are small portion for the price. Wine... More

Nice, pleasant atmosphere. Very good service every time. Food tastes good consistently and they have a varied enough menu that you'd find something you like. The small plates or tapas are delicious and fun to try with some nice wine or drink. My only complain are the hours. They close in the middle of the day between lunch and dinner... More

We were at this restaurant for my brother in laws birthday. It was wonderful. We all had different dishes from the menu and shared. They were all delicious. We are from Raleigh and I can honestly say, this restaurant is second to none. Don't skip the chance to enjoy a great evening.

We went for Sunday Brunch and were very pleased. They have several non-typical menu selections. My sister had the Butter Poached Maine Lobster and I must say there was a lot more lobster meat than I expected and she said it was excellent. My wife had the Avocado Stuffed with Curried Chicken Salad and it was delicious. I had the... More

We visited Southport in early December and looked for a place for brunch. Trip advisor gave this a good rating and locals seemed to be flocking to it. We had a wonderful brunch. Great food. Very nice service. Quaint place. Highly recommended. We will be back
