Nice for refreshing change

Squires is as close as you will get tp an English Pub in the South. You will find things on the menu that you wont find anywhere in the area plus some of the old standbys. There chicken pot pie is one of my favorites. It's Bangers and Mash when I feel a little English. To get the real English... read more

We walked in not knowing what to expect and we walked out vowing to come back as often as we could. Extremely varied menu, from lamb to London broil to different British dishes. The London broil is outstanding. I got good reports on the pork chops and ribeye as well. The service ws excellent. Not terribly expensive either. All in... More

We love this place. Have yet to be disappointed with any dish we have ordered. Great food, wonderful waiters and fun atmosphere.

The Squire's Pub has long been a favorite of my family; my daughters especially like to dine there on Friday or Saturday nights when the special is prime rib. The meat comes in two sizes, queen's or king's cut, and we find the queen's cut large enough for two of us to split if we add an extra salad. If... More

Just a great place to eat with a bunch of golfing buddies on a trip. Have tried several things over the years, fish/chips; London broil; shepherd's pie -- all are great. But save room for that gingerbread dessert! Best I've ever had.

We were there with a large group and they had no problem splitting the checks. All the service was excellent. The prime rib was very good. One strange thing though. We ordered a half carafe of house merlot and they told us they only had full carafes. Then they brought a bottle of wine to our table saying they didn't... More

We go out of our way to go here when we are in the vicinity. The staff is always friendly and the food is excellent. We suggest the Devonshire and the gingerbread cake with warm lemon sauce is to die for

We were looking for a place with excellent food, family friendly and reasonable prices.Glad we found this restaurant. We took our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons (3 1/2 and 11 months) out for a meal after soccer. We loved the decor, the mood, the selection of food and the service. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive to the needs... More

We were told this place had great food. We loved the decor with the red door like a phone booth. But as soon as we entered we had to get the heck out of there. It smelled terribly!

Last minute choice for dinner. There were 7 of us. The drinks were ample. The stout beer was great. Service was excellent, (Jennifer). The girls had salads with baked salmon. They loved it! The Lamb Paddy was delicious. The steak pot pie was excellent. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The steamed veggies were nice and crisp. All told, a... More
