This was by far our groups favorite restaurant for the week! Solid fives from every person. The calamari and Mussels appetizer was cooked PERFECTLY! Stromboli was well worth the price. Pizzas had a great aroma and tasted just as good. Finally the strombolis were large at a low price. The she-crab soup was great as well. Our server was professional... More

We went because we saw they had wood fire pizza. We arrived to find a complete Italian restaurant. A very extensive menu and a large wine list. We had the marghareta pizza and cheesy breadsticks. Both were outstanding. The fresh Roma tomatoes and mozzarella and fresh basil were all wonderful in our pie. Very well pleased with both food and... More

This restaurant is a diamond in the rough! In a strip mall in a town of fast food, this restaurant is a welcome oasis of Italian dining. Very good authentic brick oven pizza and several authentic pasta and specialty dinners available. A large wine selection available. Prices are very reasonable.

We were given a $10 gift card for this restaurant and based on other reviews on TA, we tried it. The food was outstanding - I mean maybe the best Italian meal we've had in years. The service was attentive and friendly. By the time we had been there 10 minutes, my wife was saying, "We are coming again. Try... More

Pleasantly surprised - nice ambience for a strip-mall eatery. The food was very, very good and there is a nice selection to choose from. Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly and took good care of our table. This is not a "cheap eats" place and the food and service reflect this...expect to pay $17 to $22 per dinner, not including drinks... More

We travel to Holden Beach quite frequently for vacation. We discovered Angelo's a few years ago and now go back each time we are there. It is a family owned restaurant. The food is always good and very reasonably priced. You always get more food that you can each - which we take back and eat again the next day.... More

New to the area, snd looking for our "go to" pizza place. Tried the Margarita with added.garlic, and it was heavenly. Sauce was good, and crust was nice and thin. Not skimpy on the tomatoes and basil. We're CT natives and take our pizza very seriously. Waitress was friendly. Look forward to returning.

Angelo's has a very nice selection of pastas, chicken, and seafood. When we arrived at 5:30 we had our choice of seats, but when we left at 7:00, people were standing outside. This was on a Monday. Our group of four had fettuccini alfredo, lasagna, and chicken marsala. All meals are served with a basket of delicious garlic bread. We... More

Brick oven pizza is the bomb. Every time we go, I think I might try something else on the menu but when we get there, I have to have the pizza. Friendly staff, week managed place.
