OMG, Mambo Grill is a great place to eat, drink, socialize. The restaurant is wonderful with a great atmosphere, great service and great food. The bar is fun and has lots to choose from. Try to tapas menu, and my favorite the Hemingway Chicken. It is a must see if you visit Salisbury.

We venture into the North Carolina area 4 to 5 times a year to visit relatives and the Mambo Grilll &. Tapas is the one place that we make a point to go to EVERY trip. Everything on the menu is so good--The Shrimp with Garlic sauce is so tasty & the Ahi Tuna with Shrimp in Lobster Sauce is... More

Who knew you could find authentic Cuban food in sleepy Salisbury. One of our favorite places to eat locally.

Always good, fresh, different. The closest to the real thing in Salisbury NC. We typcially have a special (or two.) And always take the advice of our server. Can be loud, and the tables are super close together.

I had recently returned from Cuba when I visited family in North Carolina. This restaurant was suggested and I wondered how the food would compare to the amazing food I had during my journey through Cuba. Well, it compared very well! I started with an order of chicken empanadas. The order included four generous sized empanadas which were cooked to... More

Some of the best food and service around! We really enjoyed the food and sangria. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes!

I love a place like this... we were nearby at the Piedmont Skydiving place and needed a quick lunch. It looks nondescript from the outside, the parking area was a bit tight and I wasn't sure I was allowed to park there. All was well and we got inside to quickly order Cuban sandwiches, empanadas, beans and rice, and plantains.... More

We came here from South Florida for a work project. After 3 weeks in this town, we finally found great Latin food, like the restaurants we take for granted back home. Very friendly and good prices. I only wish the had a greater variety of drinks for non-alcohol drinkers. I'll be eating here frequently for the next couple of months.

The food here is sometimes better than some of the best restaurants in Miami. Why do I say that ??? I just returned from a month in South Florida including Miami and my lunch here was better than most of the food I ate there.
