We had dinner here and came back in the morning for breakfast. Was the best coffee we had in Bright as well as the best breakfast.

Love the authentic Aussie building and also the style of food. This visit I enjoyed a lovely morning tea after doing the Cherry Walk on a cold July morning. The carrot cake was yum as was the coffee!

Love this place - right down one end of town - we only did the coffee and cake thing, and brekky but both were noteworthy. Otherwise the menu appeared to have a number of vegetarian options too :) Very dog friendly too in the outside area. Fabulous to see a wonderful homely cake display - so sick of seeing factory... I don't think we've had a bad experience doing it that way and certainly we weren't disappointed with her choices for lunch and dinner. Ginger baker for 8 for lunch- a last minute booking en route to Bright. Seated indoors with about 20... More

After shopping up a storm at the beautiful shops of Bright I desperately needed a coffee. What a gorgeous place I found to have one. Fantastic coffee!

Busy Saturday morning, coffee's arrived quickly, however about a 35 minute wait for Breakfast to arrive. I had the Midnight Pan and my wife had Corn fritters both very nice. Quirky little Restaurant with a good menu selection and pleasant staff.

Entering The Ginger Baker on a wet day we were welcomed by two roaring fires. We had Brekkie, the corned beef hash with poached eggs & tomato salsa got our taste buds popping.Service was friendly & the staff were chatty.Worth a visit if your in Bright.
