Been to the one in Sydney and that was very average, the one here, terrible... I used to be a 5 star Chef so I definitely know my food. The chicken Parma was from frozen although alleged as fresh by the waitress, dry, bland and no taste. The chips however, good. The potato skins are again from frozen already packed... More

Our service was great and the food was delicious. We were with friends had 3 children with us and they enjoyed their meals, miss 9 had the pork rib and veges and said it was awesome. The staff let the kids know when the meals were ready and sorted them with their desserts while we were at our table having... More

With some trepidation, after reading some bad reviews, we went to OBJ at Southport. What a pleasant surprise. The staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for us and the food was éxtremely good. We had 3 children with us and they were looked after really well. I would go back in a heartbeat. Well done to all the staff for... More

Staff were nice, the steaks were quite average for the price. I had the large t-bone and it certainly was a large bone with minimum meat. The best part of this place is the kids room and the fact kids eat free on certain nights.

I tried the "challenge" but sadly failed! A whole massive 1kg steak in under 30 mins although beautifully prepared and cooked my eyes were too big for my belly (although others would argue)! Dining on the deck either night or day is magnificent overlooking the river with the lights of surfers paradise as the backdrop - truly memorable. Great food... More

I visited the place on a quit mid-week evening, sitting outside, overlooking the river. Not such a common extra in this part of town that is still suffering under it's development. Maybe that's why I take the bit over-sauced but good tasting ribs as they were. Forget the chips, forget the salad, enjoy sitting outside with typical Aussie style ribs.... More

The children's entertainment area was great. The food was really nothing flash but Ok. The kids spag bol. needed more sauce. The kids calamari was just squid rings but there was plenty of food for all. The steak was cooked medium as requested and enjoyed.

Been a while since we went there but will never forget it - Sticky floors and tables - nothing worse. ewwwwww Food disappointing. We had ribs and Chicken parma. Our daughters lemonade tasted very strange. I think the whole place needs an overhaul.
