While I'm not one to complain. Myself and 3 others came out for dinner as family members were down visiting. We thought we would try out backs. As friends have said how good it was. I ordered a steak. After originally been told two times that they did not have any of that type of steak left. Them the waitress... More

I visited with a family on a daily deals voucher, and for what I paid we had a good value meal. However if I had to pay the full price, I would be least impressed. The quality of food is equal or maybe a bit less than that you get at any pub, portions are large, but the presentation lacks... More

Really not worth the money. After a 40 min wait from ordering till it arrived on the table. We both had steak and chips. I asked for pepper sauce, there was nothing 'pepper' about it, not one pepper corn to be found. The thickness of the steak varied hugely and mine was less cooked than my partners and I had... More

Ordered T-bone.. Was ok but I can cook one at home a lot better with a blindfold on. Nothing special going on with seasoning or anything so really just a grossly overpriced steak. Corn was cold so stayed on the plate, baked spud was only half cooked so half of it stayed on the plate as well. Pepper sauce was... More

Booked a table for a family meal. The service was very poor and the price (high) does not reflect the quality of the food which is pretty bad. Taking a young child in the evening we were surprised there was no toilets in the facility and the shopping centre was closed. I will not be going back again.

My partner and I dined here for our birthdays. We really like this Outback Jacks - The staff are friendly and the food is always good. Can't go past the Atlantic Salmon. If you want a nice night out with a good atmosphere, good food and great staff that won't bust the budget, this is the place for you. We... More

We used a 2 for 1 voucher and whilst we understand this is a marketing ploy we also would of expected better quality food. Both meals were basic and bland plus the pizza was very doughy. Other dishes we saw served were unappealing too. I've never eaten there before and given there are so many other lovely places to eat... More

We were there last Saturday evening just before 7.00 - a small group of 4 adults and 1 child. Waitresses were quick to offer us menus and to take our orders. We ordered drinks first, just 3 beers and a glass of wine but with only one person serving at the bar we had a long wait before they were... More

The owner of this business needs to go to a proper steakhouse to understand how one should be run,he obviously has no idea at all!!! Service was lousy, food was half cooked ( frozen vegies & packet mash potato!)we would of been better off going to the local pub for a steak. These people won't be around long....Appalling !!!
