My wife and I enjoyed a great meal of tagliatelle pasta with mushrooms and truffle oil and I had the fresh fish of the day. The food was excellent as was the Service. Also, the ambiance of the restaurant was warm and classy. We would highly recommend this place.

Very fun atmosphere, nice and efficient wait staff, very good food and wine. Right in the middle of the old town area where everyone takes their evening stroll. Good menu with some delicious pasta and couscous. Knock on the front door, per the instructions on the sign. Would definitely come here again. My husband and I were seated at a... More

We ate here on New Years day. Just got lucky as there were not many restaurants open. We ordered capresse salad which was lovely. Main course of grilled dorado and oven potato. It was really lovely, light, fresh and tasty. We had a bottle of house red wine which was fine - nothing special but not offensive. My only complaint... More

Service: - Very professional waiters, but the service was way too fast. All courses coming all at the same time without giving us the time to enjoy the antipasto, primo, secondo... Food - We had caponata, pasta alla trapanese with aubergines, lamb and roasted potatoes - all very good. - For dessert we had a sbriciolata alla ricotta - I... More

Much overpriced. Food was average minus minus. Looked like not fresh, with a tempt to be sophisticated. Don't be blinded by the Michlen sticker on the door.

We were pleasantly surprised by our meal here considering its on the main pedestrian drag. Great service, professionally run.

Ate at Ai Lumi last night. Was drawn in by what appeared to be a sophisticated clientele and a smart looking terrace. As a professional food writer and trained chef, I feel obliged to tell you the food is unfortunate here. Pesto Trapanese, one of the great pasta condiments of Sicily, and perhaps even Italy as a whole, was a... More

We were attracted to this restaurant because of the look of the tables and chairs outside on a long platform in the street. We were served with half a crustry loaf, pre sliced. I chose a very enjoyable pesto and fish pasta with saladThe wine was palatable. This seems a place for robust and reliable eating in the centre of... More

As residents of Caltafimi- Segesta in the province of Trapani, Sicily for three months each year, we are always looking for something to fill the days. This past week we decided to take the bus to Trapani city and go to the large street market there. Since the bus only makes the trip three times a day, (leaves Calatafimi-Segesta at... More

Went here when we couldn't find anywhere else to eat and because it was recommended by the hotel. There were no seats outside so we ate inside. Lots of fish on the menu which suited my partner but as a non-fish eater I struggled (not the restaurants fault) I had the cheese & cold meat platter, my partner had a... More
