Food here very good, particularly scorpion fish and John Dory. Nice atmosphere to the place too. Lost a star rating by the waiter being rude, appeared irritated we weren't fluent in Italian. However, thankfully he was outshone by his female colleague who looked after us well, translating the menu where needed and giving good advice for wine selection. This restaurant... More

Quiet and calm restaurant. Helpful and skilled staff, very good desserts an the crusting with the fish was a good balance of nuts and fruits. Good lobster busiate/pasta as well. Maybe not so typical sicilian kitchen more of a modern european style. Nice and modern atmosphere and sparsely decorated

We were looking for another restaurant when we came upon Serisso 47. What a find, beautiful building that they have added a modern elegance to. The food and service was outstanding - we had the fresh tuna pasta, John Dory fillet and king prawns, 4 glasses of white wine all for €65. Amazing value here. We would highly recommend this... More

Gorgeous restaurant in a small side street near the coast road in central Trapani - we had a complimentary taster plate, two excellent anti pasti dishes, and shared the excellent fresh tuna pasta primi plata. We chose our main from the just out of the sea selection brought to our table, and were thrilled by a beautifully cooked John Dory,... More

The restaurant is housed in a building that must be centuries old, with high domed ceilings. The ambience is classy, with very polite and efficient service. We received a complimentary bowl of what tasted like fried cheese, pieces of Pecorino cheese, and dried chick peas. Delicious. My pasta dish was made of sundried tomatoes and pistachios in an herbed sauce... More

Although hidden away on a tiny, narrow side street, Serisso47 has terrific atmosphere and great food. We enjoyed an appetizer of fried sardines (local specialty) and pecorino cheese slices. Our entree was sliced thinly tuna tuna on top of al dente spaghetti with a local sauce that includes lots of garlic, fresh tomatoes and basil. Atmosphere was upscale and understated;... More

A more upmarket atmosphere than other restaurants we visited in Trapani though not our favourite. Excellent pasta starters. Main course slow-cooked veal was great but steak only average. Overall a very enjoyable evening.

We can't say enough about our wonderful dining experience here. We were in Trapani only 4 nights and we went there twice for our evening meal. We also made a special trip there one evening just for the dessert: Semi-freddo limone. It is a fabulous dessert with a crunchy sesame topping. It has to be tried!! The seafood and pasta... More
