Knowing the many excellent reviews, I suspect we were unlucky. We both agreed our salad was truly exceptional; the rest in my opinion was between nothing special and reasonably good. The pricing for the food seemed a bit high;perhaps we should have asked before ordering. Three stars is a bit too little as a rating, but four would defintely be... More

We walked in as we were looking for a quick bite (and try some famous couscous) and we were really impressed with the food (the pasta with melanzane was amazing, the pasta and pesto was even more so, and the couscous just great). Really worth trying! PS The food is home made and waiting behind the counter, the lady will... More

We walked pass this small take away style restaurants by chance. We decided to take a lunch break at this place. The place was simple with few tables but the food was very good. There were lots of selections including many type of Couscous (specialty from the area). We took a plate of fresh noodle with fish sauce, boiled octopus... More

This small café and take away is not particularly inviting from the outside, yet serves extremely good couscous, fish dishes, salads and pasta. It is ideal for a take away meal, or indeed for an informal meal sitting at one of the four or five inside tables. One simply choses what one wants at the counter and the food is... More

This place is a fun little visit. We were lucky to get one of four or five tables in what is effectively a tiny cafe, having chosen on the spot from the selection. Having spotted their microwave armoury, a chose a cold squid salad and lasagne, which we all know tastes better out the microwave. Don't ask me why, it's... More

If you would like to have a quick local lunch in your hotel room than this is the ideal place for you. Very good value for money. The busiate alle verdure and couscous were very good.

We wanted a relaxing meal in our hotel room and loved the selection, taste and price of Bettinas. You can eat in too. But for us, the flexibility of choice was wonderful and the price was right.

The food was average, from a microwave. The prices for most meals were quite high, though acceptable. This doesn't include the 25% hidden fee that we weren't informed of in any way. The place itself was very tight and pretty dirty. We got charged 4 euro for "coperto" for 2 people, and as far as I know, a small percentage... More

Kept going back during our stay. The food was amazing and home made. The owner (i believe) always welcomed us and always gave us a little more than what we asked. Def a must go when you are in Trapani.

We had couscous with fish broth which was mouthwatering, octopus salad and finished with fish! The outlet is small and thus it is advisable to book ahead so that you won't be disappointed! RECOMMENDED!!
