Friendly attentive service. Excellent English. The best meal we have had during our three week stay in Sicily. Notable menu items - duck with honey and apples, and stuffed swordfish. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

My 2008 edition of the Lonely Planet guide for Italy suggested as the foremost restaurant in Trapani an establishment opposite the sea. There we dined, and unfortunately found out it as nothing to write home about. In its stead, Tentazioni di Gusto was the number one place we discovered during our short stay in Trapani. Although we only had lunch... More

Inviting atmosphere. Fish brochettes were excellent, tasty morsels. Pasta, unfortunately, was only OK.

We spent 4 days in Trapani visiting all best rated restaurants. Non of them matches Gusto. Great food, good service and nice interior. Great location as well.

We were 6 people looking forward to a superb dinner. Duck meal turned cold, than two side plates for two different persons. Head waiter did not bother to apologise....total disaster. Do not go to this restaurant. Staff needs a total training in both catering and hosting customers.

Do not go to this Restaurant as it needs complete overhaul. Second time I have eaten here and it is no longer a recommendation. The borage ravioli with guinea fowl ragu was not on the menu. This was the only reason to come here. Duck breast turned up with cold boiled potatoes, sent back twice and still cold. Waitress and... More

This restaurant is the best in Trapani. The food is consistently excellent as is the atmosphere and the welcome. Do not visit Trapani without eating here.

On a day visit to Trapani we wanted to experience local food instead of the usual cruise ship cuisine. This restaurant offered an opportunity to sit outside on a quiet backstreet location which was exactly what we wanted. Although there was a superbly priced lunch menu we opted for lunch from the full menu and were not disappointed. Good local... More

Me and my wife has been staying I Trapani for a week and the food has been superb until this night. The gusto restaurant has a very nice and inviting atmosphere. Service was slow and the waiter pushy. Food was frankly speaking disgusting. The pasta was undercooked and tasteless and the fish dry. We do not recommend this restaurant.
