We found this restaurant by reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and decided to give it a go. You must make a reservation orherwise you simply wont get a table. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome from our host and owner, a young local with a clear passion for the local food and with an incredible know how. Service... More

We were impressed on arrival but left very disappointed. Having received a lovely welcome, help choosing local wines and advice on menu selections we anticipated a special evening, particularly given the good reviews on Tripadvisor. We started with a delicious raw and cooked seafood starter to share but from then on it was a letdown. That awkward silence that descends... More

What a nice surprise to find such a great restaurant tucked away in a little alley. Upon entering we were greeted warmly and looked after very well by Daniele. The food was delicious - mackerel "special" to start followed by pasta with swordfish, red shrimps & almonds and squid stuffed with potatoes. Not much room left for dessert but we... More

My first visit and unfortunately it took place at the end of my stay in Trapani, so my return will have to be next year. I had really great fresh and uncooked Red Prawns followed by Pacchetti (pasta) with Swordfish,Tomatoes,Capers,Onions and Black Olives. This was absolutely great and a pasta new to me. Excellent white wine and great service. I... More

This is a small restaurant which delivers outstandingly good food, attentive and informative service and delicious wines. We shared a refreshing dish of raw red prawns on lettuce with a lemon dressing. Followed by a delicious pasta dish with swordfish, olives, tomatoes, onions and capers. A perfectly grilled tuna steak followed and then a slice of beautiful vanilla ice cream... More

This is a small and charming restaurant with excellent food. We were especially impressed with the pasta dishes. The gnocchi in creamy pistachio sauce were among the finest I ever ate, the sauce was rich but not overpowering. My husband's busiata was simply perfect. After eating here, we were on a hunt for a comparable busiata in all the towns... More

We visited this restaurant twice during our 3 day trip. It was that good. The food, the service, the wine. It is quite hidden and you have to ring to come inside but don't get discouraged. Remember to book in advance. It has a wonderful warm homie atmosphere with friendly and very forthcoming staff and - not so often in... More

The place is very little and so it is a good idea to book the table in advance. There is a good choice of starters and first dishes. I took smoked tuna and smoked sword fish as starter while my wife took cheese and vegetables. My first dish was pasta with shrimps that was very satisfying and a great portion.... More

Maybe not the perfect restaurant, but my boyfriend and I enjoyed our dinner here. We only had pasta and dessert so we cannot say much, but this is my impression: The service - Our host Daniele (one of the founders apparently), was very attentive and consultative. He knows how to treat his guests. We asked for a glass of white... More

This knocked off the other restaurants i visited at Trapani. From the simple anti pasti which in my case were assorted local cheese and some Sicilian caponata (which is very good....and when i mean very good i mean heavenly good) to the classic spaghetti al olio and peoeroncino ala vicoletto. The only cassata i tried was here as was always... More
