The Vicoletto is a small room but of character, the right place for a choice of quality and definitely never boring. The kitchen is full of great flavors, the perfect combination of traditional foods, absolutely fresh and first quality, has combined expertise with a warm atmosphere, the elegance of the details with the foods, flavors and wines expertly researched. Really interesting gastronomic proposals that favor the Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine in general; the dishes are made with seasonal products that are matched carefully to the catch of the day, personally chosen by the owners. Really very original, with a touch of elegance and yet informal restaurant that makes Al Vicoletto the ideal place to spend a pleasant evening with friends over good and juicy dish.

A Sicilian night out place. !,

The two Danielle opposites but charming. Willing to speak Italian to help you learn the language. The Spada grillo covered the whole plate. The bursiate, simple, but delicious. Good house wine in the bottle. Dinner for two with 13 Euro wine less than $40! Wort the trouble to find.

The place is charming, but a bad smell of humidity. We had several dishes and the overall was disappointing, only the swordfish was really good. Even the deserts were very average. Will not go back.

Even though we didn't know what to expect at first, since it was quite an awkward location, it was a lovely night. The staff was funny, polite and well educated. They were very accommodating and gave us tips on food and wine. The ingredients used in all their dishes are pure, fresh and well combined. I loved the tastes and... More

We really enjoyed this restaurant with a menu consisting of all fresh fish, every dish had fish including the pasta and every dish we ordered was wonderfully prepared and delicious. The wait staff was attentive and the atmosphere was lovely. The evening we went was all locals so we immediately took it as a good sign. Desserts all looked wonderful... More

Arrived without booking and were lucky enough to get the last unreserved table. Simple fish based menu that changes every day. Both waiters (Danielle!) very helpful explaining the menu, we shared the superb antipasto to start, my wife had lampuga for main and I had the local pasta with tuna heart and cherry tomatoes. Great value and atmosphere too.

We were really pleasantly surprised by this small restaurant. Food was just delicious and the waiter - Danielle - very friendly and attentive. This is a little gem amongst the Trapani restaurants.

I am not exactly sure why so many TA reviewers rave about this place. The staff are friendly, passionate and helpful but the food was not remarkable at all. Be advised that it is a fish/seafood house...even the pasta dishes have fish in them so if you don't eat fish, this is not the place for you. There is also... More

The servers are very friendly and they talk English aswell , so it really helped me in choosing the food. The food is perfect especially the Trapanese fish. The restaurant atmoshpere is perfect to dine in. In one vacation we dine there 2 times because it is irresistible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

As described in the previous reviews, it's a small place with less than 10 tables, inside a narrow vicoletto (small alley way) in the center. Very friendly young stuff, multilingual, short menu that changes every day, depending what fresh products they get for the day. Mostly pasta with/and sea food. Antipasto misto siciliano was incredible and very filling. Large portions of... More
