Breakfast eggs are reconstituted powdered eggs, yuck! Dinner is mediocre, don't even bother unless you are desperate.

Good food for a restaurant in a hotel. Chicken Parmesan was excellent! We couldn't believe that there was a full service restaurant in our hotel so we didn't need to leave after a long drive during the day.

We had room service and thought the food was okay. Since we didn't want to get back in the car, this was a good solution for us.

I wasn't impressed this time with the chicken wings. Way too much sauce on them, but perhaps that is just my opinion. I did have a nice glass of wine (Riesling which they looked for and found for me).

The Great American Grill had fantastic food, the steaks are great and my wife had a fantastic salad. The restaurant ambiance was great as well, it is decorated very well.

There were flies bothering us during dinner and the room was too warm. Food was good, and service acceptable. It is very convienent to eat where you are spending the night.

I recently stopped at the Hilton Garden Inn just off of I-95 in Roanoke Rapids, NC. It is always nice not to have to get in the car again and search for a place to eat. Room service is also an option, but this time I choose the dinning room. The server was very friendly and attentive. The food came... More

Slow service and mediocre food. Took me 1-1/2 hours to get waited on, served, eat a cheeseburger, get my check, pay and get out. Don't go if you're in a hurry.

You don't have to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn to eat their phenomenal breakfast. For $9.95, before tip, you can gorge yourself on an amazing buffet/cooked to order breakfast. They have GRITS, omelets, eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal, breads, muffins, pastries, but best of all... the service is great. Miss Denise and Miss Idina treated me great and fussed over... More

This was more of a convenience than anything. We were glad to not have to go out, since this hotel is not near the downtown area. The food was ok, but I was hoping for a wider choice on my first night of our trip. I had a hamberger with a side of pasta, not exactly memorable. It was odd... More
