I was at Azitra for a dinner engagement with business associates. We had a private room. Upon entry one is greeted by a tastefully appointed dining area and a trendy bar. The service was excellent. The koftas I ordered were on the dry side but the gravy was delicious. The appetizers were well made. Most everyone had a word of... More

The decor is fantastic. Service is super-fast & very courteous. Food, however, leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered an appetizer and a couple of other main courses. Everything was cooked with thyme & sage. And loads of it. Being an Indian, a foodie and a prolific patron of Indian joints across the USA and India, I have never come... More

I never visited this place after my initial visit many years back. The ambience was nice. The food was not what I would pay for in India. It did nothing for my Indian taste buds. Would not recommend if its authentic Indian cuisine one is looking for.

Dined here on my first trip to Raleigh and it was one of the finest Indian Restaurants I have been to. Food was delicious and the menu offered entrees beyond the standard faire. Ambience was wonderful too as was the service. Finished the meal with homemade pistachio and saffron ice cream - yum.

We totally enjoyed our recent evening here. The food was excellent and the service friendly and prompt. We enjoy our food on the spicy side and ask for it "American hot" ... this level of heat works well for us. We have dined here often and have never been disappointed in the food or the service.

Sadly, I had not tried an Indian restaurant in RTP until tonight...what a shame! Azitra is absolutely delicious!!! The food was perfectly seasoned, proportioned and served. They make their own naan and the basmati rice was cooked to perfection. The ambiance & decor is just right for a date, family or business meal. Our server was kind & efficient. Although... More

This was the business dinner in a casual environment. A three course meal was served. Highlights of the day was the vegetarian entrees (Samosas), tandoori main course and a special mango kulfi served in the dessert. After a hectic day spent a long way away from home, your food really cheered us up and set the tone for the next... More

We were visiting colleges in NC and happened to be at the Brier Creek mall and went to this restaurant. We are vegetarians and my son likes very few items like Aloo Jeera. The chef made this item even if not on the menu. We ordered Tarka Dhal and another dish made with beans sprouts etc. along with Nans. The... More

Azitra is at Brier Creek which has its mish-mash of soulless retail chains and piss poor restaurants. This place stands alone in terms of it being the only reason we would ever make the effort to drive to Brier Creek, so that should indicate my regard for it. I've tried most of the Indian restaurants in the Triangle and my... More
