Just like you'd expect in a big city. High quality, and sometime name comics working the circuit in a small club. No seat is really bad. Food and drinks are fine and not terribly overprices. Free parking lot. Near the heart of downtown Raleigh and near NC State Univ. campus. We've had lots of laughs there.

I went to a show with a few friends of mine on 7/26. The show started, someone yelled out a comment & immediately a staff member came to me...telling me to be quiet. I told him that it wasn't me. He proceeded to stand there with his arms crossed & stare at me all night. I felt uncomfortable, disrespected &... More

We purchased tickets online...was told tix had to be picked up by 8:15. Got there at 8:00 was told tix wouldn't be ready till 8:30. No biggie for us though as we were eating there. The food was pretty good . Very limited menu. Service was awesome Went upstairs for the comedy acts- had preferred seating since we had reserved... More

My wife and I went to Goodnights and had a great night. The food was quite good (quesadilla and salad), the service was good, the beer selection was very nice as well ( though a little pricey) and the entertainment was Great! Three very good comedians had us laughing all night! Thanks! We will definitely be back.

I went on open mic night, so I got to hear a lot of different people. Some were ok, some were good and a few were great but overall it was a great time with lots of laughs. Would definitely recommend it from my experience however it was a Tuesday night so it wasn't overly crowded. Just the thing we... More

We have been here several times. I purchased tickets online, in advance. We arrive there and must wait on a line, outside, in the 100 degree heat, inhaling plenty of second-hand smoke. It is now 5 minutes before the show is supposed to start (8pm) and we have been standing there for 15 minutes. I walk past the line to... More

Came here to see Ralphie May. Just an awesome time with my girlfriend. We laughed a lot. Even afterwards Ralphie let everyone take pictures with him. About the establishment... small place (typical for a comedy club), nothing but great things to say about this place, got us to our seats immediately, drinks were great (cannot say anything about the food... My husband and I came here to see Greg Behrendt, the show was fabulous. We arrived a bit early so we had a drink in the downstairs bar. They were out of martini glasses at 630 which seemed a bit odd and did not have a huge selection of vodka but my drink was good. We went upstairs and back... More

I have been to Goodnight's Comedy Club a few times. We went last night because I got free tickets to a show (for being on their email list and replying to an email I got). We sat to the side of the stage but you can move your chair so you aren't cranking your neck for an hour to one... More

I was here for Dov Davidoff and got in a little early and also had dinner. The menu is very limited, a few appetizers, a couple entrees and sandwiches, but the food we did have (a burger, wings and fries) were all very good. Also, they have a fully stocked bar with good beers on tap and high shelf liquors... More
