Absolutely delicious

This is a restaurant that left a very positive impression on me. I love the atmosphere inside. The service is excellent and the food is fantastic. I thought it was a little pricy but so worth every penny! I highly recommend it.

We have been to 18 Seaboard many times, and always had a delicious meal. I wonder what happened last night? We were asked by our waitress "have you ate here before"? Yes, exact words. Clearly not an English major. Not the best start, but our cocktails and starter of fried oysters were great. The entrees were so poorly done, we... More

Enjoyed a terrific dinner at Seaboard 18 celebrating Mothers Day. The exceptional service started from the moment we entered door and were greeted personally by Chef Jason who thanked us for previous visits and treated my party like very special guests. The staff continued the warm and courteous service. As usual the food was creative and well prepared. From the... More

I had a friend in town last night and was trying to find somewhere convenient for both of us with great atmosphere. A friend reminded me about 18 Seaboard and it was perfect. We walked in, were greeted by the owner (definitely a nice start) then headed upstairs to eat outside on the patio. Great food and service! Highly recommended... More

I've been there a few times since I've moved to Raleigh and I always enjoy it. I recently had their brunch for the first time and loved the choices they had to offer. The sweet potato hush puppies are delicious! I love their ever changing menu and fresh ingredients in each dish!

We went to 18 Seaboard for a graduation brunch for about 30 people. They handled the large crowd with ease, but I was disappointed in the small menu selection, but was pleasantly surprised by cranberry, white chocolate scones in the breadbasket - all was forgiven. My shrimp and grits, while generously portioned was just average. The shrimp was a tad... More

The food at 18 seaboard is always excellent. Seafood, meat or pasta Chef Jason always makes it delicious. The local NC flavors in his meals make the food authentic and experience even better.

Tried the crab soup and wood grill salmon with spinach and creamed kale, they were super delicious! Classy environment and only managed to get a sit outside lounge area, waitresses (rough) are not so classy compared to proper dining area.

Reserved table by large picture window so we and out of town guests could see city lights...shade broken and unable to open. Limited menu. Filet mignon ordered medium well and served medium rare. Sheepshead good but potatoes hard as rocks and mushrooms hard to find. Guests disappointed in their seafood choices as well. Staff tried to make amends with goodies... More

Nice Restaurant with a bit of a unique atmosphere and menu. Friends had hyped the restaurant to the point that i was expecting, 5 Star. It wasn't that, but very good.
