I'm told Rey's is not in the best part of town, but don't let that deter you from eating here. Dined at the bar at Rey's. Very nice and friendly bar man. Good and generous drinks. There was a live performer who was pretty good and the bar man even joined in for a piano duet. Mixed crowd from elderly... More

We took my parents here as party of an early Christmas present before a show. This is their favorite restaurant, and they don't live in the area! When I made our reservations, I was able to request a special meal for my parents. When we arrived, our waiter was aware of our particular request, and my parents were delighted! We... More

I was invited for a business dinner at this restaurant. It is occupying the same location where Ruth's Chris used to be before it moved to North Cary. Usually I do not drive on that road so I did not even know Rey's existed. The restaurant is well decorated and has a very nice atmosphere. The service is attentive and... More

We held a business dinner here for 30 people in one of the reserved rooms. The service was excellent! The waiters were always there making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious! We had guests that had not dined there before and proclaimed it was their new favorite. I like the french flair and nicely decorated... More

As a New Orleanian, I was eager to try this place after a friend told me it was on par with Commander's Palace, Galatoire's, or Arnaud's. The Good: The food was expertly cooked in french-style. I had a parisian-style butter lettuce salad, a shrimp cocktail, lamb chops, lyonnaise potatoes, and asparagus. My friends each had a salad, appetizer, and each... More

The atmosphere is elegant, food is wonderful and our waiter Angelo was great. Our party had the grilled tuna, salmon and a filet. All were cooked perfectly. A truly special experience.

I have read glowing reviews of this restaurant and was looking forward to an evening of fine dining with my husband. The setting is lovely, a clubby, steakhouse feel, and NOT in strip mall, as so many restaurants in this area are. We were seated immediately at a cozy booth, given water and menus, and very little time passed before... More
