Had Saturday lunch here. Expect to wait, very busy and tables are close to one another. Lots of seating and can be noisy. Huge selection on the menu, and of course, tons of cheescake options. I really liked their salad, very fresh with just enough dressing. Big portions. Server was attentive and friendly.

Raleigh doesn't have all that many great restaurants (at least by large city standards) so it's always nice to have a consistently good restaurant like The Cheesecake Factory in the market. When choosing this restaurant, know what to expect and you know the food will be delicious and beautifully presented. It is a safe bet for lunch or dinner and... More

This restaurant is very attractive and airy, which was nice. The menu is extensive and the food was good. The service was not great. The waitress was slow but nice. We had a hard time getting her attention at times. The cheesecake was awesome, as expected. We went with a large group of teenagers who sat together at another table.... More

They aren't called The Cheesecake Factory for nothing! I will drive an hour and a half just to have a slice of pumpkin cheesecake! I can't speak to the other foods, I've only had their cheesecake, but it's so worth it just for that.

So we all know Cheesecake Factory is great!!! But I finally tried to eat somewhat healthy and had one of their skinny mojitos- fantastic and the chicken soft tacos are a new favorite. I wouldn't recommend the low carb cheesecake, tasted too much like Sweet n low or Splenda. It was a funny taste. Do eat the skinny meld and... More

If you're planning to go to a Cheesecake Factory, first make a reservation if you don't wanna wait for so long to get a table. Second, the plates are big. So go hungry! But remember the best is the cheesecake and they're huge too. Save space for tasting them. I got the Key Lime and was fantastic. But also recommends... More

My wife and I were staying at a nearby hotel and were dressed in shorts and polos. The receptionist when we entered (dressed in a suit and tie) was very snooty as though we were not good enough to dine there. This is a chain restaurant attached to a mall, so I can't fathom why we were treated as such.... More

Cheesecake Factory is always a great spot for good food. While their cheesecake is truly awesome, their food otherwise is good, but not particularly better than anyone else's. We often hit another favorite food place nearby and then follow-up at The Cheesecake Factory for dessert only. I've had a few bad apples in the food category, so I now just... More

Didn't have a big appetite, but had to get a slice of Red Velvet Cheesecake. It's wonderful! Too big for me to eat at one sitting, so it was nice that the hotel had a fridge.
