Wife and I went on Veteran's Day for lunch...so it was pretty busy. But the staff was excellent and the food was VERY good. They were very patient and fast witih replacing my order after I neglected to ask about a food allergy. My only - slight - beef is the cost of the food, even at lunch. The lunch... More

We stopped for a late lunch and were seated promptly. Our waitress showed up after a long wait and was completely out of synch. The menu is huge, and it took a bit to decide on what we wanted, but not as long as it took the waitress to get back to us. She asked if we wanted the salads... More

On a recent trip we took our kids and grand kids to the Raleigh Cheesecake Factory. Both the service and the food were excellent but be prepared for an expensive outing. I had steak while my wife had a roast beef dish. The son-in-law had a fancy seafood dish and our grand kids had what they described as the "best... More

I haven't had an experience like this in years. The service was horrendous, the food was horrendous and the liquor was watered down. When we spoke to both the waitress and the manager neither were apologetic. I have always raved about this restaurant however I will not be returning to this location ever again.

I don't normally go to chain restaurants, but my dining companion wanted to go to The Cheesecake Factory, so off we went. The bread is outstanding, especially the brown bread which has a bit of a sweetness to it. The Bang Bang chicken and shrimp is advertised as "a spicy thai dish with the flavors of curry, peanut, chile and... More

The food ordered was prepared and served in a timely manner. The food was both hot and fresh. The server was very attentive to our needs and checked back a number of times to be sure everything was o.k.

Poor ratings for this noisy overpriced restaurant. The food is tasteless and looks like it was prepared a week ago. The chicken salad was soggy and discolored and not appetizing or palatable. I gave this place a break and hoped they would improve, instead they got worse !
