I will not take your time or mine stating all that occured during a miserable dining experience. It all began when my companion made a simple request when her meal arrived "Please remove the mashed potatoes from her plate" The waiter told her she could work around them. She explained thst she was not comfortable with that and preferred them... More

It was restaurant week and we wanted to try somewhere we hadn't been before. The reviews were mostly very good so we chose Mo's Diner. We were glad we did. The food was wonderful and the service that Ashley provided was just right. I can't believe it took us so long to get here. We'll definitely be back, again and... More

An incredibly disappointing start to Raleigh restaurant week. On arriving for our reservation right one time, the host sat two couples that came in after us and the. preceded to say the table inside wasn't ready. Shocked really , we were given the choice wait or sit outside. He did apologize but he didn't seem any more empowered to improve... More

We always do restaurant week. I love it! Raleigh Restaurant week is great because it falls right before my mom’s birthday so I always enjoy taking her out for it. This year we had 5 of us. We looked at every single menu and decided on Mo’s Diner. 3 of us wanted the filet and 2 of us wanted the... More

Quaint building which gives it a lively atmosphere without too much noise. First time visit as it was Triangle restaurant week. Chose from the restaurant week menu and had andouille sausage as the starter and the filet mignon for the entree - both were really good. Chocolate torte for dessert was really good as we'll. Service was attentive and friendly... More

Mo's is our favorite place to eat. The food is prepared perfectly and the presentation is outstanding. Service is equally perfect. Try their Rack of Lamb - it is to die for! The quaint building and location are misleading - Mo's is absolutely a restaurant... experience that you shouldn't miss.

I must have been sleeping at the wheel. Having lived in the area for many years and having passed this place many times, I had never tried it. It is not much to look at, and is located in an old house. There is plenty of free street parking, but the adjacent lot is not owned by them and is... More

Dined here for the first time on a recent Saturday night with spouse. Quaint setting located in a small house in downtown Raleigh. Plenty of parking along the street. Waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and nightly specials. We had scallops and red snapper and both were excellent. This is a small restaurant so you should call... More

Before arriving at the restaurant, our experience started good. My wife has food sensitivities and she called about ingredients. The chef answered the phone, said she could accommodate, and that everything is made to order. When we arrived, the chef was expecting us and prepared a wonderfully delicious meal. I had the seafood stew and my wife had the rack... More

When you first get to Mo's Diner and park in the parking lot, you realize there is a strange man skulking in a car, who comes out and tells you have to insert money into a box to pay for parking. Very strange! We had a dinner there for 8 people. In advance, I ordered two appetizers and two bottles... More
