Liked the food, can be a little clean around buffet, wish it had veg options

I liked the concept and the food. Quality was not bad for the price. The bowl concept was quite confusing and it is very hard for a newbee at the restaurant to get waiter help to explain. There were only 3 waitresses including bartender and were more than half full. Wish they could explain the... read more

If you have diatary concerns please inform the grill guys and your server. The grill guys will wash the grill, put up dividers, and use fresh swords if you make them aware of your special needs. If you are not satisified with this arrangement lets your server know you would like your food prepared in the kitchen. We will cook... More

Heard an eclectic variety of music none which comes close to Mongolian, whatever that sounds like.... BUT the food is delicious and exactly what I prepared. Salad bar is not fancy but is fresh.

One star is too generous. This place has gone way down hill in quality and customer service, and the prices were raised. The whole point of a place like this is to sample different dishes and combinations, and the price used to include unlimited trips to the buffet for this purpose, especially since the bowls are ridiculously tiny. Now there... More

Let me address your concerns Debbie L., Our sauces used to be very watered down and we received many complaints about our sauces being flavorless. As a result we stopped cutting them and have been successful in bringing more flavor to the bar; as many customers will attest. Can you help us by specifying which sauce(s) we're lacking in flavor?... More

I used to absolutely love this place. I would challenge my friends to who could stack their bowls the highest and who had the best combination. Recently though I have started to notice the place is slipping. The service is bad all the way around. Last time when three of my friends and I went there for lunch we all... More

Went to the Crazy Fire Mongolian Grill with several people from work when I visited on a business trip. The odd thing here is that you go up to a buffet bar and prepare your own bowl of stuff to be grilled. This is the only place I have ever been to where they had fresh meats (beef, chicken, shrimp,... I noticed when we were at Crazy Fire this Saturday when they get busy they tend to burn the items on the grill. I'm not sure if there is a regulation that prevent the wok chefs from going around the grill with the food in North Carolina or not, but every Mongolian grill in the area seems to do it... More

Fresh meat & vegetables. The egg rolls are to die for! Clean dining area, great service, and the chefs are very professional.

OK, I'm not a fan of going to buffets. In fact, I avoid them. But I remember eating at a Mongolian Hot Pot restaurant many years ago (in a country far, far away) and enjoying the experience. So I was tempted to try Crazy Fire, as I was driving right past the restaurant as I was coming and going to... More

I don't know what they did, but for starters the food isn't as good as it used to be. Then they changed their rice....bad move. Their pricing used to be the same all the time and now they charge more on the weekends. I was completely shocked at how bad they turned out to be. I won't be going back... More
