Could be much better

Unique twist to a typical Chinese buffet with a Mongolian grill. That is all they do. It's not really a buffet though as they limit you to quantities. It's not inexpensive and they have a huge grill with a handful of workers. It was busy when we got there, so they were busy. Our food was... read more

Waiter was awful, food was not good. Will not go back! It is worth the drive to go to Burlington. There is no comparison. Very disappointed.

I went there today to get some carry out and the bar looked fresh, well kept, long line to get my food cooked which required me stand holding my bowls and not spill them for +/- 10 min, I got 2 bowls which cost me $16.16 add $1.84 for carry out person, $1 for the cooks tip jar, so out... More

It sounds like the food was good and the restaurant was clean but the experience was wanting in customer service and pricing. Is this a fair interpretation of your review? In response, first, we do not rob anyone. Every guest is informed of the prices before any money is spent and if they choose to do so then they do... More

Crazy Fire is OK. My wife will not eat here because she thinks it isn't clean and does not like the fact that raw meat is sitting out. I get it:) The restaurant is fine and I would say the stir-fry is more about quantity than quality. Lunch is about $10 bucks for 2 bowls......I eat here with the boys!

I liked the concept and the food. Quality was not bad for the price. The bowl concept was quite confusing and it is very hard for a newbee at the restaurant to get waiter help to explain. There were only 3 waitresses including bartender and were more than half full. Wish they could explain the bowl/price concept as they did... More

If you have diatary concerns please inform the grill guys and your server. The grill guys will wash the grill, put up dividers, and use fresh swords if you make them aware of your special needs. If you are not satisified with this arrangement lets your server know you would like your food prepared in the kitchen. We will cook... More

Heard an eclectic variety of music none which comes close to Mongolian, whatever that sounds like.... BUT the food is delicious and exactly what I prepared. Salad bar is not fancy but is fresh.

One star is too generous. This place has gone way down hill in quality and customer service, and the prices were raised. The whole point of a place like this is to sample different dishes and combinations, and the price used to include unlimited trips to the buffet for this purpose, especially since the bowls are ridiculously tiny. Now there... More

Let me address your concerns Debbie L., Our sauces used to be very watered down and we received many complaints about our sauces being flavorless. As a result we stopped cutting them and have been successful in bringing more flavor to the bar; as many customers will attest. Can you help us by specifying which sauce(s) we're lacking in flavor?... More

I used to absolutely love this place. I would challenge my friends to who could stack their bowls the highest and who had the best combination. Recently though I have started to notice the place is slipping. The service is bad all the way around. Last time when three of my friends and I went there for lunch we all... More
