This restaurant is family-owned and off the beaten path, A real gem, This place is honest straightforward what you see is what you get nothing fancy or over the top here, which is what I'm looking for because it's a great value. Most items are 13-20 dollars and done well. I've read other reviews at open table about people complaining... More

The atmosphere was pleasant, but there was only one other party present. There was a limited menu, and the food took a long time to come out. I had the eggplant parmigiana, and I did not care for it. The eggplant seemed to have only a tiny bit of coating, and seemed like it was then baked as is. Parts... More

This is a small restaurant, locally owned, with lots of atmosphere. The food is authentically Italian and the portions are reasonable. That means they are on the smallest size, but the taste is so good good you won't even notice. Be prepared to dine, not just eat, and take your time between courses. The service may seem slow but it... More

Tucked in the corner of the strip shopping center on Falls of the news in Raleigh, Capri is easy to mess. But, do yourself a favor and visit this old world gym soon. The red walls and low lighting provide a very nice atmosphere for some of the most authentic Italian food you'll find around here. We love the Arancina... More

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time on my birthday at a recommendation from my coworker. The food was excellent. It was some of the best Italian food I have had - so if you love authentic Italian this place is wonderful. I will certainly be coming back!

We were joined by friends for dinner. I thought the food was very good as was the service. I started with the Arancina salad, which was excellent-fresh and very tasty. I followed with the Grouper Livornese. It was very good and a large portion. My wife had the Tortellini, but she was unhappy with them, saying they were doughy and... More

We've been to Capri for Mother's Day previously as well as Saturday night dinners. The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He comes out and greets you and makes you feel very welcome in the restaurant. Every time we've been the food has been good and the waitstaff has been nice, the food does take a... More

Why did I choose this restaurant? I can't give it more than one star based on food, service and overall experience. 1) Food: I have eaten at many Italian restaurants and this one is by far the worst in terms of food quality and taste. We started with pasta and bean soup. It was cold and I thought they just... More

We went to Capri on New Year's Eve. Our table was ready a few minutes before our reservation time. Within a short time, the restaurant was full. Our service was timely and professional. Each course and the check came in a timely but not hurried manner. We were welcomed when we arrived, and bid good by when we left. The... More

The food was Ok but not what you would expect for the price. The environment was ok; maybe tablecloths would look nice....
