We enjoyed the Angus Barn. It is unique and a fun family dinner. Such a beautiful place. My husband had the ribs which were good but not the best he has ever had. My fish was a bit dry but good as well. It was quite busy so the service was a bit slow. The kids loved going to make... More

I went to The Angus Barn for my grandad's 70th. the food was great and the service was even better. there are lots of cool artifacts like an antique type writer. They have the best steak and ribs in NC. Expensive, but you get what you pay for!

I've lived in Raleigh for several years, and I had always heard that I needed to try the Angus Barn. I do agree that everyone should try to go if they can afford it because it is an experience. However, the prices are very high. It would be difficult to get a steak and leave without paying at least 40-50$... More

We enjoyed an amazing meal at The Angus Barn. We were on a business trip with about 150 people. The setting was open on the sides beautiful walking paths outside. Susan greeted us warmly. The food was phenomenal. Salad, followed by 3 shrimp, filet, and BBQ ribs. Au gratin potatoes and fresh vegetables. For such a big group we were... More

the food and experience where OK, but did not justify the hype and the size of the tab. I know its not a chain so the locals tell me its a classic, but I was staying across the street from Flemings, and may have gotten abetter meal there

Ive been to the Angus Barn on many different occasions, all of which have been wonderful. The food was good, the atmosphere was fun, and the waitstaff was great! I will say though that i feel it is a bit over-rated.. But you do get what you pay for! You will be pleased with your experience, if not for the... More

If you love meat than this is the place. Had one of the best ribeye steaks that I've had in many years. Heard a lot of hype about how great this place was and it definitely lived up to all of the buzz. Started off the evening upstairs in the Wild Turkey Bar with some great drinks while waiting for... We had a birthday celebration with friends at the Angus barns chefs table last night. I was stunned at how perfectly cooked the food was. We had steak, Chilean sea bass ( this was melt in your mouth sea bass....), lobster....chocolate soufle and 4 wine offerings. Steak was better than what I make. I'm pretty good at that too. Sea... Ate here on our honeymoon and it was beautiful. We didn't have reservations and the dining room was busy, therefore we ate in the upstairs lounge. It was so comfortable and warm with a great atmosphere. Steak and sides were wonderful and the prices were worth the dinner. They even gave us free desert and champagne because we were honeymooners!... More
