Went here recently for a large family get-together. The food, service, atmosphere, and experience were all exceptional. The kids even enjoyed the experience, which was not what I expected! A nearby table had some very noisy guests, and I was amazed the wait staff for the other table came and apologized to us for the disturbance. Even though they couldn't... More

Our kids, and us, all love the angus barn. From appetizers in the wild turkey lounge where they have a treasure box for kids to select item, to incredible meal and if celebrating kids can decorate cakes in the kitchen. It's pricey but for us totally worth it and where we go for birthdays, anniversaries and when family come to... More

My husband, 2 small kids, and I recently went here for our anniversary. When we were seated there was cheese and crackers on the table. Then we received a relish plate. When it was time to order I was trying to choose between the French onion and the soup of the day. So our server brought some of both. That... More

Great evening recently at this barn, turned steak house. The decor is complete with antler chandeliers and little white lights everywhere. Great food and plenty of it. Appetizer bar available with cheese, crackers, olives, etc. When you leave, you are given an apple for good luck. Best part was the visit to the wine cellar - over 25,000 bottles. Several... More

The Angus Barn is a one of a kind restaurant inRaleigh, a landmark in its own right. This is a great place if you are looking for serious steak with all the trimmings and all of the options. It is pricey, but you do not need to dress up and the service is quite good.

Truly one of the greatest restaurants in the country. Exceptional steaks, complimentary olive and cheese bar, beautiful decor. Perfection each and every visit.

So crazy that this place has such notoriety ! I just don't get it. So many better places to eat now in Raleigh... why are we still stuck on this one? Even the water glasses are out of the 1950's. I suppose if you are a steak maven -- this IS your place...but not for me.

I frequent The Angus Barn, and it is without a doubt, the best place in Raleigh!! The food & service are wonderful! The Wild Turkey Lounge is ways crowded and fun. Be sure to ask to check put the Meat Locker when the weather is nice!!! The owner, Ms. Van Eure is Southern Hospitality personified!!!

We went to the Angus Barn for the best Thanksgiving buffet we've ever had. The choices and the service were wonderful.
