We had great chicken tacos and key lime pie during the late night half price happy hour. The restaurant was crowded for 9 pm but service was pretty good and we were seated fairly quickly.

Last time I told the waiter how great my drink was due to the coconut and he brought out an extra bowl of fresh coconut for each person at the table to add to the already awesome drink. All the food that I have eaten there is great - I particulary like the shrimp & grits and the salmon salad.

We stopped by to eat here. We did receive friendly service but this restaurant is a bit on the ghetto side. There were girls with multiple color hair, pregnant servers plus none of the waitresses had a clean demeanor. I still give it 2 stars for friendliness.

This was our third time dining here. We had a table of seven and the waitress seemed like she was having a hard time even though she only had one other table. We asked for chips and salsa so that we could have something to munch on right away. She said that was the one item that would come right... More

After our appetizer of jerk-spiced chicken wings (which were yummy!), my wife had the jerk chicken pasta. I had the sauteed swordfish. Both entrees were excellent! Our waitress was Melissa, and she took wonderful care of us. She checked on us several times and was quick to bring drinks, and water refills. We enjoy the island feel, the tropical drinks,... More

The staff was not all there, so the service was spotty at best; the food was okay, nothing special, and the place could use a little sprucing up; many other spots in town for just as good a price and a better overall experience.

Found ourselves at the very busy Bahama Breeze on Wake Forest Road in Raleigh on a very busy night at 9PM. Had to wait about 25 minutes. It's a huge restaurant. To me the best thing on the menu is the Bahamian Chowder and reasonably priced...in fact I may order two bowls next time for a cheaper experience but with... More

Went there for the first time since many friends had said it was great place to eat. After waiting ten minutes for server, we were instructed that they were completely out if SHRIMP!!!! A Caribbean seafood type restaurant that has no shrimp. Half the food on the menu has shrimp in it. Will not go back.

Great menu, great preparation, and great service. Particularly enjoyed the shrimp Creole rice bowl. Looking forward to our next visit.
