This is a good restaurant whose menu includes several choices that can provide the guest with a chance o taste some dishes with a Caribbean flair. (And there are plenty of non-Caribbean style dishes - meat and fish - on the menu as well.) If there is a "down-side" to eating here, it is that when the place gets busy,... More

We visited BB in Raleigh on Sunday, 2/23/14. We waited almost an hour to eat and my food was cold when I finally got it. My server actually argued with me about my request to have a new plate with a smaller portion. The chicken breast was so hard I could barely cut it with a steak knife so I... More

Went for dinner on a Monday night. Light crowd. Ordered drinks and appetizer. Got the tea and glass of wine and expected the appetizer to follow. Ordered our main meal ..... and expected our appetizer any minute ...... 15 minutes later our main meal shows up and we asked if if we needed anything else .... well hell yes, the... More

We were a group of 10, went for late lunch on a Saturday, had 2 servers and they were both great!!! Food was very good in general but their version of the cuban sandwich has changed over the years and it's not close to the real thing.

Good experience if you can shut out the surrounding noise! The seafood was tasty, my wife had coconut and I had fruit with grilled chicken on mixed greens.

The restaurant is a great place for a group to meet after work during warm weather days and have cocktails on the large porch. Their happy hour menu is varied enough for almost anyone.

I stopped in the bar and had the bahamian seafood chowder and the one of the shrimp meals. Plus one of the many beers on tab. A great place for a great meal. Also the other customers is great to talk to.

Never got seated due to long wait when tables were open. Seating of tables is completely unorganized and manager has no idea how to correct the situation or doesn't care. Seems like they want people to wait so they look busy. Never again.

Staff needs better (any) training about gluten free. I asked the waitress, who did not know, and she went and asked someone else. She came back and said that the item I was interested in was not gluten-free because of the butter........ I ended up getting something else I really wasn't interested in because I couldn't trust they knew what... More
