This is our fav restaurant in the Raleigh/Durham area! No matter what you order it is a party for your mouth!! The service is always outstanding. It is on the expensive side but it is so unique, we think it is worth it. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

Food was good; not great. Appetizer Japanese crab cake was delicious. So we were disappointed that the Salmon was overcooked and Swordfish lacked flavor. Dessert (chocolate) was tasty. Expected more for the price. Service was good. David was our server and ensured we never waited for anything.

We went during Triangle Restaurant Week (although Bloomsbury was not participating). All in all, it was good, not top notch, but good. While I am not planning to go back any time soon, it is a place that I would say is worth a try if you have not been there.

This restaurant boosts high reviews from many sources. However, this is our second dinner there and for the price one can only consider it average. Endless Raleigh restaurants top this establishment for great food and dining. First of all, the wine prices are high for the selections. The entree selection is extremely limited which on both occasions created difficulty in... More

First visit with a grandson living nearby. Good beer list, wines as well. Small be diverse menu. We each ordered a different main course, each very good and obviously, well prepared. Great service. Try it!

My boyfriend surprised me with a Friday night reservation at Bloomsbury + it was delicious! The location is a little weird, but it's a very classy + relaxed joint when you walk inside. The staff was great -- our waiter was helpful with recommendations + very charming. Bloomsbury has a great wine list (we had the Malbec). We started off... More

Had my first meal at Bloomsberry last night. The salmon was one of the best I have had anywhere. Highly recommend.

We went fairly early on a Saturday night, and seating was not a problem at all. As expected, since we have been here before, the food was all very good. It was very hard to choose among the appetizers - we had smoked mozzarella stuffed crispy potato mushroom fritters, and pan seared scallop-lump crab meat cakes. Both were excellent, and... More

Our dinner group enjoyed this restaurant. All our members said the food was very good and one member told me the Catfish plate was the best they had ever had. The Duck plate was reported to be very good too. I had the Mahi-Mahi and even though the serving was a little on the small side it was very good... More

We had a very nice dinner here earlier this month. We were a party of ten, which the restaurant was able to accommodate well. However, this is also a nice setting for a quiet, romantic dinner. The menu was very interesting- nothing generic on there. Food was delicious. Service was great. I just wish they were not so stingy with... More
