Excellent dinner

The quality and creativity was more than I expected for the price. Great experience and atmosphere. I liked the open air environment, but could be a little stuffy on a hot night.

Absolutely loved the place. Staff was awesome. Cocktails were great...had the spicy peppino! My husband had one of the specilas...alligator tacos and loved them. I had the shrimp tacos and loved them. Cannot wait to go back and try something new.

My second trip here. We went on tamale night-(Thurs). I had the chicken which was excellent. My friend had a mole dish that was outstanding. In the past we had their tacos-pork, shrimp, beef all very good. Wait staff is very attentive. Inside or outside or patio dining. Chips and homemade salsa served. The guac was fantastic. Wide range of... More

We selected this restaurant because it was voted #4 in Raleigh. We started with the queso which was very good! My husband had the special-taco de chef with grilled alligator and I had the taco de pollo. Each order gets a side. The portions are very good, I couldn't finish. Our server Kaitlin was exceptional and very attentive. We will... More

First time visited last Saturday night and it isn't your typical all brown Raleigh Mexican food. Had the special which was the swordfish tacos and they were great. I also recommend the fresh guac.

I can't say enough good things about the place. Good tacos, great tamales (they don't them every night so if that's what you want be sure to go the right time), awesome enchiladas, and if you really want the full experience you have to try the chiles endiablados though maybe I'm not spelling it right. Lots and lots of staff... More

Went for lunch with coworkers- want to go back when I'm off the clock because the place has a fun atmosphere and the drinks looked great. Tried the tacos al pastor, $11, came with 3 fresh tacos and a side- I tried their soup- delicious soup and unlike any I have had at other latin restaurants.

I went there for lunch and it was good. I had the quesadilla for $10. It included a side. Instead of beans or rice, I had the salad. It was small but very good. The staff were pleasant and the atmosphere was nice. We sat outside. I will visit again.

We frequently stop in and always have a filling meal. It is hard to choose which meal to choose. They bring fresh warm chips with wonderful salsa while you're waiting. You can eat inside or outside. My only complaint is it's very loud.
