We found this place based on other trip advisor reviews, and they warned us not to be put off by the fact that it's in a strip mall... They weren't wrong! We drove a 100 miles to attend "The Buddy Holly Story" play at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh. In trying to find a restaurant close to the Center, we gave up and looked outside and this restaurant popped up on TripAdvisor. We read the reviews and saw the rating. It was a no-brainer. I had... It is an excellent restaurant. The waiter, Marcus, was so polite. He made us feel at home. The chupe was amazing. The rice pudding was better that the one that my mother makes. It is really worthy to visit. They need more high chairs for babies, but we are not complicated. I sit my baby in my lap.

Three of us ate at Macchu Picchu tonight. As we walked in the door, the waitress, who was in the middle of serving a party of ten or twelve, gave us a smile that was so welcoming. We were seated immediately and our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Two of us ordered the Jalea, which is a platter of... More

We had a reservation for 14 people and arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 p.m.. Our orders were taken promptly but that was when the good service ended. The meals were not served in a timely manner and 1 1/2 hours later a few people in our group still had not received their food. All kinds of poor excuses were... More

Our party of 14 went with great anticipation inasmuch as this restaurant was so highly rated and all of us will be going to Peru and Ecuador in the fall so this was to be our initial taste of what would be the "local" cuisine. For the entire restaurant which could seat over 50 people there were only two waiters... More

Fresh and delicious fried seafood and peruvian salads worth really good olive oil. Quick and friendly service.

This restaurant has been on our list of places to try for a long time but we have always picked other locations. The fact that it is in a strip mall sets a very contrary impression from the outstanding dining experience inside. Plan to call ahead for reservations, sometimes weeks ahead for weekend dinner if you want to be certain... More

My husband and I visited Machu Picchu based on a Trip Advisor recommendation. We were NOT disappointed. The service was wonderful. The servers were very knowledgeable about not only what was in the food but, also how the food is prepared and the traditional way to eat the food. We were highly impressed with the quality as well as the... More

Came to town for an oil change and stayed for a meal. Found a place that was close and rated high in Travelocity. So you know i gotta try it. Machu picu peru. Use navi, or you might not find it. Not busy when i got there at 4pm. Got seated quick (since i was the only one there). Hostess/waitress... More
