The place is very clean and the staff smily and proper. Had very nice appetizers with chicha. The lomo and aji de camarones that followed were wonderful! The only "bad" part of the experience, is that we did not had desert. queda pendiente for next visit

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Raleigh! Chefs Gloria and Victor are wonderful and give generous portions of their authentic Peruvian dishes! I had the best Aji de Gallina yesterday! Every time we have been to this delightful restaurant, we have had a wonderful dining experience and great food. A must visit in Raleigh!

This was one of the first places my wife and I ate at before we moved here. It is in a small strip mall but don't let the looks decide for you. The food here is great. The ceviche is delicious and Coke in very generous portions. I ordered a very spicy Shrimp dish that was just amazing. My plate... More

We absolutely love Machu Picchu and have an outstanding experience each time we visit. The flavors are out of this world and the service makes you feel like you're at home. Looking for excellent food at a great price where you're treated like family? Make sure to visit Machu Picchu.

I love this place and I do because of the flavors. I don't pretend to be arrogant but those who think this place is expensive maybe are on minimum salary and work part time. The most expensive plate is 26 and can be shared by 3 people so that is nine bucks a piece! All Peruvian ceviches I had in... More

I've been twice to this cozy little corner of an otherwise ordinary strip mall in north Raleigh and enjoyed both visits. First visit I had the traditional Seca de Res (braised beef w/rice 'n bean stew) seasoned w/cilantro and other spices. I asked for a recommendation from server, and got this. It was very tasty, and quite prompt. Also with... More

The service was perfect- it's a simple spot focused on the food, and the food is great. Worth the short drive from downtown Raleigh.

In the interest of full disclosure let me preface my review with the fact that I left Machu Picchu before my entre arrived but after the chef/owner was rude enough to my wife to make her cry. I decided to try Machu Picchu since my favorite Peruvian place Inka closed. Machu Picchu is located in a non-descript strip mall. The... More
