A $8 jerk chicken that's great Showed up at 11 am I was only one there. By 1130 the line was 25 people deep. Hate to see what it's like at 12. I'll sure be back

I'm a new comer to the Raleigh dining scene, and Mami Nora's made a great first impression. This Peruvian chicken place has some of the best Peruvian chicken I've ever had. The chicken is moist and soooo flavorful! The sides are also great, especially the ripe plantains (maduros) and the salad was huge, and the cilantro dressing should be sold... More

I've lived in the Dominican Republic for 2 decades and the food at Mami Noras is far closer to Caribbean fair than what you would traditionally find in Peru. The being said, everything we had was amazing and spot on....except the slaw salad, which was more traditional southern US style. The fried Yuka and Tostones were tasty and the Chicken... More

The chicken is delicious! I also tried the Arroz Chaufa, which was also tasty. The prices are great!

My coworker and I stopped here for lunch today. This was my first visit. I had the 1/4 white meat rotisserie chicken dish with white rice, black beans and yellow corn. The chicken is prepared rotisserie style, cooked over natural wood charcoal. The flavor is outstanding. They offer many beverage and dessert choices as well. I hope I can come... More

I've been looking for a good chicken restaurant here in Raleigh since moving here a few years ago. Looking thru the Entertainment book, I found a coupon for Mami-Nora's and we decided to check it out after having read so many great reviews about their food, and we are so glad we did! We ordered the whole chicken with rice... More

Visited Mami Nora's for a late lunch on a Saturday and it was packed - which is a great thing. We ordered the 1/4 dark chicken with maduros and yucca frites as well as a fried rice dish called Arroz Chaufa, which was chorizo, chicken, corn, beans and eggs. Maduras were cooked perfectly as well the yucca fries. We also... More

Don't expect to find BBQ Sauce drenched chicken here. The chicken is slow roasted over charcoal and the flavor is beyond anything else. Try this and you will never want to eat fried chicken again!! I normally get take away and it only takes a few minutes. Go go go!!

We finally had a chance to try Mami Nora's after discovering the Raleigh location. The restaurant itself has a very casual, almost fast food vibe, but that's not a criticism! Everyone we saw was thoroughly enjoying themselves and the food smelled wonderful, especially the slight charcoal smoke, which was mouth-watering! Instead of ordering the normal pollo and sides, we decided... More
