Step back in time in Pinehurst's most expansive dining room, offering breakfast and dinner daily. Executive Chef Thierry Debailleul's amazing menu features hand-selected aged beef and signature dry seasoning rub for our steaks and chops. Menus change seasonally, invoking the fresh flavors of the area and our local farmers' picks. The legendary breakfast buffet is known as the best in golf, and with good reason. Piano music sets the tone as you feast on made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit and Southern favorites.

We called and left a message on their reservation line...left our name, number of people, time and a contact number. We didn't hear back but they were ready for us when we arrived. So, we found out that if you don't get a call-back, you have a reservation. If there is an issue with your requested time, they will call.... More

Excellent food, but service was slow. The hospitality was great, but on a busy night, it took quiet a while. The food, though, was fantastic

Just went there last night and had a wonderful meal. They have choice of half portions and the prices are reasonable. Food is always good. Management is very interested in the clients. Wait staff are very efficient and responsive.

Good food with very good service. Kitchen can be a little slow at dinner. Excellent quality. Was on a package so every thing was included. Not sure that the prices are in line. Would not pay 31 for the breakfast buffet. It's got a lot of variety and it tastes good but is way over priced.

We were at the Carolina on business and had 8 in our group. We received excellent service and the food was great. Brian Couey helped us with our wine choices and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped to make our dinner special. We were relatively loud at the end of the night and I appreciate the patience of the... More

After great specialty cocktails on the porch, we moved inside to celebrate some more and had dinner in the dining room of The Carolina. First we shared an appetizer of pate, cheese, & meats followed by pan seared chicken and filet mignon. The food and service are outstanding. The wait staff is attentive and highly professional. They strive to please... More
