This may have been the best breakfast I have ever eaten. They were creative with the dishes and offered the basics as well. I couldn't think of anything that I could have ever wanted that wasn't offered. From smoked salmon to sliced bananas soaked in milk and cinnamon.... everything was fantastic. The service was also superb.

Eat here for breakfast at least once. A great experience! The buffet has something for everyone whether you are on a diet or in need of a big meal to start your day. You won't be disappointed.

We had Easter brunch at the Carolina and loved the food and service. Hard to succeed with such a large event, but the staff was friendly and helpful

Set in the middle of the U shaped Carolina Hotel, this beautiful restaurant is a wonderful treat to wake up to each morning. With lots of windows surrounding each table. They serve custom made omelets, oatmeal, fresh fruit, waffles, etc. Great service with an experienced staff of waiters and waitresses.

Nice job with the entire dining operation. Menu was not too large and the service was impeccable. Plenty of help and not overbearing. Best grouper in States in recent times.

Teh menu is not overly large, but caried enough for all different prefenrences. Each item is well made and very tasty. ANd Service is great- everyone very helpful

We went here for breakfast every morning and dinner one night. The breakfast buffet is really incredible and offers everything you can imagine. Omelets, Belgium waffles. French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, cereals, oatmeal, corn beef hash, grits, you name it. They have it all. The dinner is also quite good and the service staff does a fantastic job.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Fruits of all kinds, pastries, waffles, french toast, eggs, bacon, sausage,ham, hash browns, grits, made-to-order omelettes, and more! White table cloth dining with prompt beverage service. Enjoy!

The Carolina Dining Room has one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever experienced. I dream of eating breakfasts there. It also helps to have some of the best service you'll find in the whole country. It's a must!
