I decided to try this restaurant. My waitress was nice. The food was not good. The dessert was smaller then I expected and tasted like one of the ones you get at the super market in the frozen food case. The pizza was at best alright. The steak sandwich which I had was bland and unforgettable because of how un-tasty... More

The pizza is quite good, and reasonably priced. House salad is iceberg lettuce with a small amount of grated carrot, 4 half slices of cucumber, two wedges of tomato, and one olive. The ceasar salad is much better. The tomato sauce on all pasta dishes is straight from a can and applied heavily. Service is always excellent.

My wife and I were really disappointed with this place. The bread was obviously an unwarmed store bought loaf. The wine was flavorless. The "Tour of Italy" (a sampler of lasagna, ravioli, and stuffed shells) was awful; sauce straight from the can drenched everything, while the meat and pasta were of low quality. The service was decent, but overall you'd... More

My husband and I tried this out while staying in the area. Everything we ordered was disgusting. From "Italian bread", which was simply a loaf of plain bread, to tomato sauce that tasted like cheap Chef Boyardee, to a glass of wine with no flavor, I completely lost my appetite!

This eatery is on the main street of Pilot Mountain, NC. The wait staff are wonderful. The food is just plain good! All the locals eat here, so expect a wait. Don't forget to save room for homemade desserts!

If you like your Italian food with no herbs or garlic, this is your spot ! Tomato sauce seemed to be straight from the can, kids might be happy here.

This little place has wonderful, tasty food. It's just a small Italian restaurant, but don't be fooled by its size! The food has consistently been excellent over the years, and I have eaten there many times. The pizza is out of this world (white pizza with spinach is great), and the cheesesteaks are outstanding. The pasta dishes are wonderful as... More

When Rigatoni's first opened it was a wonderful place. Authentic Italian fare - even the pizzas used real Italian ingredients. Since then it has steadily declined and is, at best, average (that's probably a generous rating). Constant turnover in staff has really hurt service. The menu was changed a couple of years ago and now seems to favor pre-prepared dishes.... More

The owner is extremely rude. He has never supported anything in Pilot Mtn because he is too cheap to support the community. I stopped going there because a) the food is average, b) the ambience is terrible, and c) the owner is unappreciative of his customers and very rude. Go to Mezzy's! They support our community!
