Perfect place to dine

This was the perfect place for a nice, simple, well prepared dinner after a day of travel and wineries. We were staying close by and did not want to have to travel too far for some good food. Very friendly staff and quaint atmosphere (old hardware store). They serve a variety of items, including... read more

This is an old hardware store building - used to go to the hardware for supplies. The old store ambiance remains. Open for lunch 11-2 during the week (wish it was everyday.) Luncheon specials are excellent. (Closed on Sundays and Mondays which is a bummer for us.) Prefer to dine at good local restaurants rather than big chain restaurants travelers... More

The atmosphere is very quanit, like an old bookstore. Wood floors, brick walls, and rolling ladders that used to be used to reach the top floors are now just decoration. My favorite dish is Patmos Chicken. Grilled chicked strips, pasta, olives and some special sauce. It's marked as low cal, but it sure does not taste like it. Best restaurant... More

I love stepping back into time like this. The building used to be an old hardware store (loved that they still had the sliding ladders). My chicken salad sandwich had no taste at all. My husbands steak and cheese was awesome so we split it. Their fries were also very good. If you decide to order the chicken salad I... More

My husband and I visited for our first time last week. The building has great historical perspective, provides a nice setting, but the restaurant is in need of repair. The booth seat was split with the interior visible and there are other similar conditions. The cooked-to-order on the Greek Sampler was very tasty; the spanakopita was as well - but... More

Had some very satisfying meals here - shared food among family. Got one of the daily specials - couldn't beat the food nor the price.

This was a great dining experience. Our group had 18, and seemed to be no problem, even though the restaurant was full.

Do really know much to say. I had heard years ago this was a quaint boutique restaurant. I give it average because there is really not much else nearby. Service is good though.

You simply can't beat a place where your waitress calls you "honey." Friendly staff that went out of their way to tell us about the local wineries. Food was awesome. Shrimp and grits was every bit as good as what you would find in our hometown of Charleston!

Although the atmosphere is a little lacking and loud, the menu is enormous and the food was delicious. Had we been able to sit on the patio (it was raining), I might have given it 5 stars. I ordered the Japanese Chicken appetizer, my friend order a Gyro, and I had the Patmos Chicken. Everything was delicious and I had... More
